Claims (14)
- Dispositif (1) pour nettoyer un conduit de gaz de fumée (2) ou élément similaire d'une installation de combustion, comprenant une tête (8) de buse qui se trouve dans le conduit de gaz de fumée (2) lors du processus de nettoyage et qui dirige un milieu de nettoyage sur les parois internes (9) du conduit de gaz de fumée (2) et/ou contre des tubes disposés dans ledit conduit, un tuyau (5) acheminant le milieu de nettoyage, relié à la tête (8) de buse et pouvant être introduit dans le conduit de gaz de fumée (2), de sorte que la position de la tête (8) de buse dans le conduit de gaz de fumée peut être ajustée, et un tambour (4) pour tuyau destiné à enrouler ou à dérouler le tuyau (5), caractérisé en ce que le tambour (4) pour tuyau est monté rotatif autour au moins d'un premier axe (11) et d'un deuxième axe (15).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (4) pour tuyau est maintenu rotatif autour du premier axe (11) par un support de tambour (12) qui est monté rotatif autour du deuxième axe (15).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux axes (11, 15) sont perpendiculaires l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième axe (15) est essentiellement vertical.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau (5) peut être introduit dans le conduit de gaz de fumée (2) à travers une ouverture (6) avec un axe essentiellement vertical et coaxial au deuxième axe (15).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la rotation du tambour (4) pour tuyau est réglable autour du premier axe (11) et du deuxième axe (15).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la pression du milieu de nettoyage peut être réglée dans le tuyau (5) ou dans la tête (8) de buse.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la pression peut être réglée en fonction de l'angle de rotation du tambour (4) pour tuyau autour des deux axes (11, 15).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les mouvements de rotation autour du premier axe (11) et autour du deuxième axe (15) peuvent être préprogrammés.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus un premier moteur de commande (16) pour tourner le tambour (4) pour tuyau autour du premier axe (11) et un deuxième moteur de commande (17) pour tourner le support de tambour (12) autour du deuxième axe (15).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la tête de buse (8) présente plusieurs buses (19) dirigées radialement vers l'extérieur et espacées de façon régulière dans le sens périphérique.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le tambour pour tuyau (4) est rotatif dans les deux sens autour du deuxième axe (15) dans une zone d'angle, sachant que la zone d'angle n'est pas plus petite dans le sens périphérique que l'espace angulaire des buses (19) dans le sens périphérique.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de la tête (8) de buse ou au niveau d'une extrémité (7) du tuyau (5), il est prévu un dispositif pour guider ou maintenir la tête (8) de buse.
- Dispositif se!on la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la tête de buse (8) présente un anneau ou élément similaire pour fixer un câble tendeur.
