Claims (13)

  1. Machine à laver (M) pour des contenants en forme de caisse, en particulier des caisses à bouteilles (K), comportant un canal de lavage (1) recouvert vers l'extérieur, qui présente un dispositif de transport pour des caisses (K) qui sont déplacées dans la direction de transport pendant le lavage et qui présente, dans au moins une section des deux côtés du dispositif de transport (2), des supports de buses (3a, 3b) respectifs essentiellement verticaux avec des buses (20) réparties sur ceux-ci dans la direction de hauteur pour pulvériser des parois extérieures de caisse opposées (4a, 4b) avec une distance identique entre les buses (20) et les parois extérieures (4a, 4b), dans laquelle les supports de buses (3a, 3b) dans le canal de lavage (1) sont réglables essentiellement transversalement à la direction de transport, et
    pour le réglage fin de la distance entre les buses (20) agencées de chaque côté du dispositif de transport (2) et les parois extérieures de caisse (4a, 4b), un dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) est prévu, caractérisée en ce que les distances entre les buses (20) et les deux parois extérieures de caisse (4a, 4b) peuvent être réglées conjointement dans des directions opposées et dans la même mesure au moyen du dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z).
  2. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de réglage de supports de buses (Z) est accessible et/ou peut être actionné sur au moins un côté extérieur d'un couvercle (7) du canal de lavage (1).
  3. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) peut être actionné manuellement et/ou par moteur, de préférence par moteur, par l'intermédiaire d'une commande (29), en fonction, entre autres, de la taille de caisse.
  4. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) présente un engrenage à broche et courroie/chaîne en combinaison avec actionnement par manivelle ou par moteur (8, 28) monté dans la zone du canal de lavage (1).
  5. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que de chaque côté du canal de lavage (1) sont prévus au moins deux supports de buses (3a, 3b) sensiblement parallèles et espacés l'un de l'autre dans la direction de transport, en ce que, pour chaque paire de supports de buses (3a, 3b) se faisant face dans le canal de lavage (1) est prévue dans le dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) une broche (12, 15) commune avec des pentes opposées et des écrous (12a) portant des montures de support de buses (13, 16), et en ce que les broches (12, 15) sont couplées de manière à transmettre un mouvement.
  6. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un cadran et/ou un affichage (27) est associé à l'actionnement externe sans outil du dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) pour une section d'actionnement et/ou des incréments de distance.
  7. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif central de réglage de supports de buse (Z) présente des disques tramés (30) internes ou externes.
  8. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un actionneur à moteur (28) est connecté à une commande (29) dans laquelle des pas de réglage sont programmés en association avec différentes tailles de caisse, et en ce que des capteurs (31) surveillant des positions de réglage des supports de buses (3a, 3b) sont de préférence connectés à la commande (29).
  9. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque monture de supports de buses (13, 16) est réalisé sous la forme d'un étrier qui est monté sur l'écrou (12a) et qui présente un trou oblong (32) orienté approximativement parallèlement à la direction de transport pour une tige de monture de supports de buses (19) fixée par vis.
  10. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'actionneur externe du dispositif central de réglage de supports de buses (Z) est agencé à l'extérieur d'une plaque de recouvrement (7) de la machine à laver (M) à peu près au niveau des yeux d'un opérateur debout.
  11. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque support de buses (3a, 3b) est connecté à un tube de buses et, par l'intermédiaire d'un tuyau coudé (25) sensiblement horizontal, qui stabilise de préférence le support de buses (3a, 3b) en plus de la monture de support de buses (13, 16), et d'un joint tournant de tuyau (26), à un distributeur de tuyaux (5) qui entoure le canal de lavage (1) et est relié à une alimentation (6).
  12. Machine à laver selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le distributeur de tuyaux (5) est réalisé sous la forme d'un quadrilatère s'étendant transversalement à la direction de transport et est connecté par l'intermédiaire d'autres tuyaux de liaison (33) à d'autres supports de buses (21 à 24) qui présentent des buses (20) orientées vers les côtés supérieur et inférieur des caisses (K).
  13. Machine à laver selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les supports de buses (3a, 3b) pour le lavage des parois extérieures de caisse (4a, 4b) peuvent être réglés sur des directions de pulvérisation qui sont approximativement horizontales et qui sont alignées sur le côté extérieur de caisse respectif (4a, 4b) dans une plage angulaire (α) d'environ 60° à 90°.
