Claims (13)

  1. Ölmühle (1) mit Hammerelementen zur Zerkleinerung von Steinfrüchten, die einen perforierten Käfig (2), in dem sich ein mit Zerkleinerungshammerelementen (4) versehener Rotor (3) im Verhältnis zu einer vertikalen Drehachse (X-X) dreht, eine Zufuhröffnung (7) und eine Ausstoßöffnung (13) aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    sie eine ortsfeste ringförmige Sammelkammer (11) aufweist, die den Käfig (2) umgibt, und dass die Ausstoßöffnung (13) an der ringförmigen Kammer (11) auf einer Ausstoßplatte (12) angeordnet ist, die im Verhältnis zu der Drehachse (X-X) koaxial drehbar ist, die zur selektiven Positionierung der Öffnung (13) über einer Mehrzahl von Knetvorrichtungen geeignet ist.
  2. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Kante der Ausstoßplatte (12) teilweise gezahnt (12a) ist und mit einem Ritzel (14) in Eingriff steht, welches dafür geeignet ist, die Platte (12) zum Drehen zu veranlassen.
  3. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    zwischen der Ausstoßplatte (12) und dem Käfig (2) eine drehbare Platte (15) radial auf der Kante mit mindestens einem Paddel (16) an der ringförmigen Kammer (11) angeordnet ist, welches die Ausstoßplatte (12) streift, um die zerkleinerten Steinfrüchte in Richtung der Ausstoßöffnung (13) zu befördern.
  4. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Platte (15) drehbar mit dem Käfig (2) verbunden ist.
  5. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    der Käfig (2) eine kreisförmige zylindrische Ausgestaltung aufweist und entlang seiner gesamten Seitenfläche perforiert ist.
  6. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die perforierte Oberfläche Löcher mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 5 und 15 mm aufweist, der sich vertikal in Richtung der Ausstoßöffnung (13) verringert.
  7. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    auf dem Umfang des Rotors (3) einige Stifte (5) zur Befestigung der sich radial erstreckenden Hammerelemente (4) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die sich radial erstreckenden Hammerelemente (4) eine längliche Ausgestaltung aufweisen, wobei das Ende, welches sich entfernt von dem Befestigungsstift (5) befindet, an dem Käfig (2) streift.
  9. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Hammerelemente (4), die an den vertikalen entfernten Enden eines jeden Befestigungsstiftes (5) angeordnet sind, eine von dem entsprechenden benachbarten Hammerelement (4) weg verlaufende Neigung aufweisen.
  10. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Hammerelemente (4) zusammen in einem Paket gruppiert sind, wobei zwischen ihnen Distanzstücke (10) positioniert sind.
  11. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Distanzstücke (10) eine Dicke gleich derjenigen der Hammerelemente (4) aufweisen.
  12. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    die Zufuhröffnung (7) so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Steinfrüchte axial von oben zuführt.
  13. Ölmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass
    sie eine Abdeckung (8) aufweist, die zur Verhinderung des axialen Eintritts von nicht erwünschtem Material in den Käfig (2) geeignet ist.
