Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (10) zur Abgabe von zu verarbeitenden Materialen (200), insbesondere viskosen oder pastösen Materialien, wie Dichtungsmaterialien und Klebstoffe, mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (800), mittels der eine frontseitig mit einem Gewindebolzen (12) versehene und mit einem Kolben (5) verbindbare Führungsstange (1) axial verschiebbar gelagert und derart in einen Zylinder (9; 309) einführbar ist, dass der Kolben (5) auf das im Zylinder (9; 309) vorgesehene zu verarbeitende Material (202) einwirkt und dieses aus dem Zylinder (9; 309) verdrängen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (5) zwei voneinander abgewandte Seiten (5A, 5b) aufweist, von denen die erste Seite (5A) zur Einwirkung auf zu verarbeitendes Material (202) dient, das in einem in den Zylinder (9) eingesetzten Beutel (200) gelagert ist und von denen die zweite Seite (5B) zur Einwirkung auf zu verarbeitendes Material (202) dient, das im Zylinder (309) einer in die Vorrichtung (10) eingesetzten Kartusche (300) gelagert ist, wobei der Kolben (5) eine Gewindebohrung (51) aufweist, die diesen entlang dessen Längsachse (xK) vollständig durchläuft, so dass der Kolben (5), entweder mit der ersten oder der zweiten Seite (5A, 5B) gegen die Führungsstange (1) gerichtet, auf den Gewindebolzen (12) aufschraubbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Seite (5A) des Kolbens (5) eine Form (54) aufweist, die zumindest annähernd der Form (74) der Innenwand (74) eines Abschlussstücks (7) entspricht, das mittels eines ersten Montagerings (8) am frontseitigen Ende des Zylinders (9) befestigt ist und durch das das zu verarbeitende Material (202) ausgestossen wird.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser dK des Kolbens (5) im Verhältnis zum Innendurchmesser dZ des Zylinders (9) derart gewählt ist, dass seitlich zwischen dem Kolben (5) und der Innenwand (95) des Zylinders (9) ein Speicherplatz für die gefaltete Hülle (201) des entleerten Beutels (200) gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Seite (5B) des Kolbens (5) ein Teller (3) vorgesehen ist, dessen elastischer Rand an die Innenwand (95) des Zylinders (9) andrückt, wobei der Teller (3) Teil des Kolbens (5) oder ein daran anliegendes separates Einzelstück ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem vereinzelten Teller (3) und der zweiten Seite (5B) des Kolbens (5) ein Dichtungsring (4) und/oder dass zwischen dem vereinzelten Teller (3) und der Führungsstange (1) ein Stützelement (2) gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vereinzelte Teller (3) konzentrisch zu dessen Mitte eine ringförmige Rippe (32) aufweist, die in eine entsprechende ringförmige Ausnehmung (52) einführbar ist, die an der zweiten Seite (5B) des Kolbens (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (5) wenigstens an dessen ersten Seite (5A) konzentrisch zur Austrittöffnung der Gewindebohrung (51) eine vorzugsweise zylindrische Ausnehmung (53) aufweist, die der zumindest teilweisen Aufnahme des Kopfs (62) einer Konterschraube (6) dient, die soweit gegen die von der zweiten Seite (5B) her eingeführte Führungsstange (1) in die Gewindebohrung (51) eindrehbar ist, bis diese aufeinander treffen.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der der Aufnahme der Beutel (200) dienende Zylinder (9) mit einem von der Antriebsvorrichtung (800) gehaltenen zweiten Montagering (80) lösbar verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form der zweiten Seite (5B) des Kolbens (5) an ein in der Kartusche (300) verschiebbar gelagertes Element (310) angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zur Aufnahme der Kartuschen (300) dienende Halterung (801) mit der Antriebsvorrichtung (800) verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben aus Metall oder Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (800) manuell, elektrisch, pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betreibbar ist.
