Description
- un récipient pour contenir une réserve de produit,
- une unité rechargeable agencée pour être disposée de façon amovible sur le
récipient, l'unité rechargeable comportant :
- un corps et un piston mobile par rapport au corps et définissant avec celui-ci une chambre de stockage de volume variable pour contenir du produit, cette chambre de stockage étant capable d'être mise en communication fluidique avec le récipient pour son remplissage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient,
- une pompe capable de prélever du produit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée dessus et de prélever du produit dans la chambre de stockage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient, la pompe comportant une chambre de pompage distincte de la chambre de stockage,
- un corps et un piston mobile par rapport au corps et définissant avec celui-ci une chambre de stockage de volume variable pour contenir du produit, cette chambre de stockage étant capable d'être mise en communication fluidique avec le récipient pour son remplissage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient,
- une pompe capable de prélever du produit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée dessus et de prélever du produit dans la chambre de stockage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient, la pompe comportant une chambre de pompage distincte de la chambre de stockage,
- fournir un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution, comportant :
- un récipient pour contenir une réserve de produit,
- une unité rechargeable telle que précitée,
- prélever du produit à l'aide de l'unité rechargeable soit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient, soit dans la chambre de stockage de l'unité rechargeable lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient,
- distribuer une dose de produit prélevée à l'aide de l'unité rechargeable en actionnant la pompe sur une course complète, la dose délivrée correspondant à une fraction seulement du volume maximal de la chambre de stockage, notamment à moins du dixième.
- mettre l'orifice d'aspiration en communication avec l'orifice de sortie,
- prélever du produit dans le récipient.

- Ensemble (1 ; 300) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, comportant :un récipient (2 ; 202 ; 301) pour contenir une réserve de produit,une unité rechargeable (10 ; 10' ; 310) agencée pour être disposée de façon amovible sur le récipient, l'unité rechargeable comportant :un corps (25 ; 330) et un piston (32 ; 337) mobile par rapport au corps et définissant avec celui-ci une chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) de volume variable pour contenir du produit, cette chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) étant capable d'être mise en communication fluidique avec le récipient (2 ; 301) pour son remplissage lorsque l'unité rechargeable (10 ; 10' ; 310) est disposée sur le récipient,une pompe (150) capable de prélever du produit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée dessus et de prélever du produit dans la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient, la pompe comportant une chambre de pompage (157) distincte de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338),
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité rechargeable (10 ; 10' ; 310) est agencée pour permettre de générer une dépression dans la chambre de stockage, au moins lorsque la chambre de stockage (55) est en communication fluidique avec le récipient, de manière à permettre le remplissage de la chambre de stockage.
- Ensemble selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient comporte un orifice de sortie (19 ; 323) apte à être mis en communication fluidique avec la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) de l'unité rechargeable pour son remplissage, et par le fait que le récipient est dépourvu de pompe capable d'alimenter en produit ledit orifice de sortie (19 ; 323).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre de pompage (157) est isolée de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) au moins lors de la distribution de produit par la pompe.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le volume de la chambre de pompage (157) est inférieur au volume maximal de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la pompe comportant un orifice d'aspiration (163), caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient, ledit orifice d'aspiration (163) de la pompe (150) est apte à être disposé à proximité d'un orifice de sortie (19 ; 323) du récipient, à l'aplomb de cet orifice de sortie.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe (150) est une pompe sans reprise d'air.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient comporte un support (4 ; 204 ; 303) agencé pour recevoir l'unité rechargeable, ledit support (4 ; 204 ; 303) étant immobile par rapport au reste du récipient.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité rechargeable et le récipient comportent des parties de fixation (41, 42 ; 317 ; 347) respectives aptes à coopérer de manière amovible, notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'un au moins de l'unité rechargeable et du récipient comporte des reliefs (49 ; 22 ; 46 ; 318 ; 348) aptes à coopérer avec l'autre de l'unité rechargeable et du récipient pour isoler de manière étanche l'orifice d'aspiration (63) de la pompe de l'extérieur au moins lorsque l'unité rechargeable est utilisée pour prélever du produit dans le récipient.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient comporte un passage de reprise d'air.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient est sans reprise d'air.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, lorsque l'unité rechargeable (10 ; 310) est disposée sur le récipient (2) de manière à ce que la pompe puisse prélever du produit dans le récipient, la pompe communiquant notamment avec un tube plongeur (99) du récipient, le volume de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) est minimal.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (32 ; 337) comporte un orifice (38 ; 355) capable de mettre en communication fluidique le récipient (2 ; 301) avec la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité rechargeable (10 ; 310) comporte un clapet (39 ; 351) mobile entre une première position dans laquelle il obture ledit orifice (38 ; 355) du piston et une deuxième position dans laquelle il permet l'écoulement de produit à travers ledit orifice (38 ; 355).
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le clapet (39) comporte un corps avec un passage intérieur (45).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que le clapet comporte une bille (351) et par le fait que l'unité rechargeable (310) comporte un organe de rappel élastique (354) agencé pour appliquer sur la bille une force tendant à ramener la bille dans la première position d'obturation.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (32 ; 337) présente une forme épousant sensiblement la forme extérieure de la pompe (150).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (32 ; 337) comporte une partie de fixation (42 ; 347) apte à coopérer de manière amovible avec une partie de fixation (20 ; 317) du récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que le piston (32) comporte une jupe (35) définissant un passage en communication avec un orifice (38) du piston, la jupe (35) comportant la partie de fixation (42).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 19, caractérisé par le fait que le piston comporte des jupes intérieure (341) et extérieure (340) sensiblement concentriques, la partie de fixation (347) étant réalisée sur la jupe extérieure.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient (2) comporte une portion centrale (15 ; 313) apte à s'engager dans le corps (26 ; 330) de l'unité rechargeable (10) lorsque celle-ci est disposée sur le récipient, ladite portion centrale (15 ; 313) comportant une partie de fixation (20) apte à coopérer avec une partie de fixation (42 ; 347) du piston.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la portion centrale (15 ; 313) sert pour la fixation d'un tube plongeur (99).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le récipient contient un produit cosmétique, y compris de soin, notamment un parfum.
- Ensemble selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le produit est une crème.
- Unité rechargeable (10 ; 10' ; 310) agencée pour être disposée de façon amovible sur un récipient, l'unité rechargeable comportant :un corps (25 ; 330) et un piston (32 ; 337) mobile par rapport au corps (25 ; 330) et définissant avec celui-ci une chambre de stockage de volume variable (55 ; 338), cette chambre de stockage étant capable d'être mise en communication fluidique avec le récipient pour son remplissage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient,une pompe (150) capable de prélever du produit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée dessus et de prélever du produit dans la chambre de stockage lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient, la pompe comportant une chambre de pompage (157) distincte de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338),
- Unité rechargeable selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est agencée pour permettre de générer une dépression dans la chambre de stockage, au moins lorsque la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338) est en communication fluidique avec le récipient (2), de manière à permettre le remplissage de la chambre de stockage sous l'effet de la dépression ainsi créée.
- Unité rechargeable selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le volume de la chambre de pompage (157) est inférieur au volume maximal de la chambre de stockage (55 ; 338).
- Unité rechargeable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 26 à 28,
caractérisée par le fait que le piston (32 ; 337) comporte un orifice (46 ; 355) capable de mettre en communication fluidique le récipient (2 ; 301) avec la chambre de stockage (55). - Procédé de distribution d'un produit, comportant les étapes suivantes :fournir un ensemble (1 ; 300) de conditionnement et de distribution, comportant :un récipient (2 ; 301) pour contenir une réserve de produit,une unité rechargeable (10 ; 310) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 26 à 29,prélever du produit à l'aide de l'unité rechargeable soit dans le récipient lorsque l'unité rechargeable est disposée sur le récipient, soit dans la chambre de stockage de l'unité rechargeable lorsque l'unité rechargeable est séparée du récipient,distribuer une dose de produit prélevée à l'aide de l'unité rechargeable en actionnant la pompe sur une course complète, la dose délivrée correspondant à une fraction seulement du volume maximal de la chambre de stockage, notamment à moins du dixième.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, la pompe comportant un orifice d'aspiration (163) et le récipient un orifice de sortie (19 ; 323), caractérisé par le fait que le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes :mettre l'orifice d'aspiration (163) en communication avec l'orifice de sortie (19),prélever du produit dans le récipient.
- Procédé selon la revendication 31, caractérisé par le fait que le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes :disposer l'unité rechargeable (10 ; 310) sur le récipient (2 ; 301),déplacer le piston relativement au corps afin d'augmenter le volume de la chambre de stockage, le piston s'éloignant de la pompe lors de ce déplacement.
