Claims (16)
- Anordnung von Bauteilen (1, 2), die relativ zueinander beweglich sind und in mindestens zwei Positionen mittels einer Rastvorrichtung eine definierte stabile Lage einnehmen und dazu die Rastvorrichtung mindestens zwei Rastvertiefungen (8, 28, 28', 28'') und mindestens eine Rastnase (9) oder mindestens eine Rastvertiefung und mindestens zwei Rastnasen umfaßt, wobei an einem ersten Bauteil (1) die Rastvertiefung bzw. Rastvertiefungen (8, 28, 28', 28'') und an einem zweiten Bauteil (2) die Rastnase bzw. Rastnasen (9) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung derart ausgestaltet ist, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Betätigungsrichtung zum Entrasten die Haltekräfte unterschiedlich groß sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (9) und/oder Rastvertiefung (8) eine unsymmetrische Querschnittsform aufweisen. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (9) in Einrastrichtung von einer Feder belastet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Feder als ein elastischer Arm (10) ausgebildet ist, an dessen freiem Ende die Rastnase (9) angeformt ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (9) und/oder Rastvertiefung (8, 28, 28', 28'') eine bogenförmig gewölbte Querschnittsform (23) aufweisen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (9) und/oder Rastvertiefung (8, 28, 28', 28 ") eine dreieckige Querschnittsform aufweisen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (9) und/oder Rastvertiefung (8, 28, 28', 28'') eine trapezförmige Querschnittsform aufweisen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und zweite Bauteil (1, 2) ein Drehgelenk bilden, wobei in einem ersten Gelenkteil (5) eine kreisförmige Ausnehmung (3) vorgesehen ist, in der ein mit einem zweiten Gelenkteil (6) drehbarer Körper (4) aufgenommen ist und an der Umfangswandung (17) der Ausnehmung (3) und dem Außenumfang des Körpers (4) die Rastvorrichtung angeordnet ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung drei Rastvertiefungen (8) und drei Rastnasen (9) umfaßt, die jeweils um einen Drehwinkel von 120° versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch kennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorrichtung zwei um 180° versetzt zueinander angeordnete Rastungen aus Rastnase (9) und Rastvertiefung (8) aufweist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnasen (9) an dem drehbaren Körper (4) an federnden Armen (10) vorgesehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise die federnden Arme (10) sich im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung des drehbaren Körpers (4) erstrecken und über einen Winkel von ca. 65° verlaufen. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehbare Körper (4) als separates Bauteil ausgeführt und mit dem zweiten Gelenkteil (6) drehfest verbunden ist. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehbare Körper (4) als Ring (11) ausgebildet ist und die drehfeste Verbindung eine Innenverzahnung (13) am Ring (11) und einen Zahnkranz (14) am zweiten Gelenkteil (6) umfaßt. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehbare Körper (4) als runde Scheibe (12) ausgebildet und formschlüssig mit dem zweiten Gelenkteil (2) verbunden ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und zweite Gelenkteil (5, 6) mit Stutzen (7) zum Einstecken in Anschlußbauteile versehen sind. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Boden (18) der kreisförmigen Ausnehmung (3) ein zentrischer Zapfen oder eine Hülse vorgesehen ist und der Zahnkranz des zweiten Gelenkteils (6) eine zentrische Bohrung aufweist, mittels der das zweite Gelenkteil (6) auf dem Zapfen oder der Hülse gelagert ist. - Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem zweiten Gelenkteil (6) ein zur Drehachse (D) zentrischer Zapfen (15) angeformt ist, der sich auf der anderen Seite des drehbaren Körpers (4) in eine Öffnung (16) im Boden (18) der kreisförmigen Ausnehmung (3) erstreckt.
