Claims (7)
- Getriebeeinrichtung zur verdeckten Montage im Falz (31) eines Flügelrahmens (20) von Fenstern oder Türen, geeignet zum Verschieben einer in einer Beschlagnut (23) des Flügelrahmens (20) längsverschieblichen Treibstange (30), welche Einrichtung außerhalb der Beschlagsnut (23) im Falzraum (31) des Flügels montierbar ist und aus einem - raumfest an einem Profilabschnitt (21) des Flügelrahmens (21) montierbaren - Gehäuse (2), zur Aufnahme eines Antriebsritzels (5), und aus einem mit diesem in Antriebsverbindung stehendem Gleitelement (3) besteht, das im montierten Zustand des Gehäuses (2) entlang der Beschlagnut (23) gleitend geführt und mit der Treibstange (30) zur Ausführung synchroner Gleitbewegungen kuppelbar ist.
- Getriebe (1) zum Verschieben einer Treibstange (30) im Falzraum, mit einem flachen Gehäuseteil (2) mit darin drehbar gelagertem Antriebsritzel (5), welcher Gehäuseteil (2) an der Innenfläche (21 b) einer dem Flügelüberschlag (21c) aufweisenden Profilwand (21) des Flügelrahmens (20) nach Aufliegen so befestigbar ist, dass das Ritzel (5) mit einem außen (21a) am Flügelrahmen (20) drehbar gelagerten Betätigungselement in Antriebseingriff gelangt, und mit einem flachen Gleitelement (3), das sich gegenüber dem Gehäuse (2) unter einem Winkel (4) in Richtung etwa parallel zur Achse (6) des Ritzels (5) erstreckt und über einen entsprechend gezahnten Bereich (15) in Eingriff mit dem Ritzel (5) steht und etwa senkrecht zur Ebene des Winkels (4) am Gehäuse (2) verschiebbar geführt ist, sowie ein Kupplungselement (12) für die Verbindung mit der Treibstange (30) aufweist.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Blick in Verschieberichtung des Gleitelements (3) eine rechtwinklige Baueinheit bildet, bei der sich der Gehäuseschenkel (2) vom Gleitelementschenkel (3) aus in Richtung eines Kupplungselements (12) für die bewegungsmäßige Kupplung von Gleitelement (3) und Treibstange (30) erstreckt.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungslement (12) einen Mitnehmerzapfen ist, der in dem Gleitelement (3) in Richtung der Verschiebebewegung des Gleitelements (3) spielfrei, in Richtung der Achse (6) des Ritzels (5) dagegen begrenzt verstellbar oder selbst-einstellend im Gleitelement (3) aufgenommen ist.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitelement (3) eine in Richtung seiner Verschiebebewegung verlaufenden Nut (9) und entlang des Nutbodens eine Zahnreihe (15) aufweist, in die das Ritzel (5) eingreift, und im Abstand von der Nut (9) eine in Richtung näher zur Nut ausgedehnte Ausnehmung (17) zur Aufnahme des verbreiterten Fußes (12a) des Mitnehmerzapfens (12) aufweist, der ein entsprechend längliches Fenster (11c) eines die Ausnehmung (12) und einen breiten Anteil (16) der Nut (9) übergreifenden Deckels (11) durchragt, welcher am Gleitelement (3) befestigbar ist.
- Getriebe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) einen winkelförmigen Steg (14) von gegenüber der Nut (9) geringerer Breite aufweist, der neben der Zahnreihe (15) bis etwa zum Nutboden ragt, wobei sein freier Schenkel (14b) von dem Deckelrand (11a) übergriffen wird, um eine Längsführung des Gleitelements an dem Gehäuse zu gewährleisten.
- Getriebe nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) so flach ausgebildet ist, dass es im eingebauten Zustand des Getriebes (1) durch eine Ausfräsung (24) des Rahmenprofils (20) im Bereich zwischen der Innenfläche (21b) der den Flügelüberschlag bildenden Profilwand (21) und der Beschlagnut (23) ragt, welche Ausfräsung die Beschlagnut (23) selber nicht tangiert, und anliegend an dieser Innenfläche (21b) befestigbar ist.
