Claims (7)
- A check device for windows or doors, in particular with tilt and turn casements, having at least one stay arm (4) one end of which can be mounted on a casement (1) in a pivotable and longitudinally displaceable manner and the other end of which can be releasably coupled with a swivel bearing (5) of the check device, wherein the swivel bearing (5) consists of a bearing bracket (6) for fixing on a frame (2) and a casement part (7) which is pivotally connected to the bearing bracket (6) by means of a hinge pin (9) which passes through a bush (8) of the casement part (7), wherein adjacent to the bush (8) is an angled hinge plate (10) the fastening plate (11) of which, for the purposes of coupling, is provided with an angled limb (12) of the stay arm (4) or with a limb of an elbow connected to the stay arm (4), and wherein the limb (12) is retained on the fastening plate (11) by means of a securing element (22), wherein the securing element (22) consists of a leaf spring (23), characterized in that the leaf spring (23) lies centrally between two positive-locking elements (13.1, 13.2), in that the positive-locking elements (13.1, 13.2) are formed by an interrupted web (13) having a T-shaped cross section of the fastening plate (11), and in that the positive-locking elements (13.1, 13.2) can be inserted into openings or recesses (14, 15) of the limb (12) and can be displaced by longitudinal displacement into their operational position, in which they engage behind the openings or recesses (14, 15).
