Definitions
- the present invention relates to a building facade or roof with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a building facade or roof is already out of the DE 198 30 087 C2 known.
- the respective drainage channel of the bolt is integrated into the bolt insulator, wherein the latter also forms the seal receptacle for the sealing strip of the bolt. Due to the latched on the bolt profile tie insulator, it is not necessary to release the latch profile in the connecting region of posts and bars. However, this construction has different seals for the mullion and transom area.
- a post and beam system is known in which in the connection region of posts and bars, the bolt profile for transferring the drainage channel of the bolt to the drainage channel of the post must be unlatched, so that overlaps a slightly increased to the sealing receptacle of the bolt profile wall on the seal receptacle of the post and together with the front end of the sealing strip for the post in Overlap area forms a drainage channel. Especially in this overlap area, however, it comes to leaks. In addition, the design is labor-intensive and therefore costly due to the need for notching.
- the present invention has the object to provide a generic building façade or a corresponding roof, which ensures a simple, cost-effective installation while reducing the number of parts.
- the sealing strip of the bolt is anchored to the seal receptacle of the bolt profile, the bottom of the drainage channel of the bolt formed by a patch on the bolt profile bar insulator and / or a part of the sealing strip of the bolt is and the weather strip for the post as a sealing strip for the bolt and vice versa usable.
- the bar profile does not need to be disengaged due to the attached bar isolator.
- the invention ensures the possibility of reducing the number of parts due to the applicability of the sealing strips for both the post and latch area and thus significantly reduce the manufacturing cost.
- sealing strips for the mullion and transom area those with identical cross-section.
- the sealing strips can consequently be manufactured with a single tool.
- the bar isolator has a section forming the bottom of the drainage channel, the end or end area of which rests on the bar profile in the region of the seal receiver.
- Section of the bolt insulator extends in the connecting region of the post and bolt on the seal receptacle of the post and opens into the drainage channel of the post. It is only necessary to disengage the sealing performance of the bolt in the transition region in the region engaging in the seal receiver.
- a sealing region is provided at the outer end region of the bolt insulator, in which the sealing strip and the bolt insulator seal against each other, especially in the mounted state of the facade.
- this seal is ensured by the contact pressure of the sealing strip at the end of the bar insulator.
- the end area of the bolt insulator is designed such that it engages in a recess provided on the sealing strip of the bolt.
- the sealing strip can have a lip, in particular a sealing lip, engaging the end region of the bolt insulator.
- the bolt insulator preferably has a contouring or profiling in its end region.
- the shape of the contouring or profiling can be adapted to the shape of the recess and / or lip at least approximately. This also causes an intensification of the sealing effect.
- the side wall of the sealing strip of the bolt extends to the drainage channel of the bolt facing side over the outer end of the bar insulator towards the drainage channel. This results in an overlap of a portion of the weather strip with the bolt insulator, at least with the end portion thereof, and thus effective formation of the side wall of the drainage channel opposite the wall formed by the bolt insulator.
- the aforementioned wall may be formed obliquely, so that the overlap only over a portion of the sealing strip of the bolt - based on their height - is present.
- the bottom of the drainage channel forming portion of the bar insulator may comprise at least one, preferably a plurality of recesses.
- FIGS. 1 (a) and FIG. 1 (b) shows an embodiment of the building facade according to the invention in section.
- Reference numeral 1 denotes the post
- reference numeral 2 denotes the bolt.
- Post 1 and 2 bars each comprise a post profile 3 or bolt profile 4, which is preferably formed as an extruded metal profile.
- the post profile 3 and 4 bar profile includes groove-shaped seal receivers 5 in the region of the post 1 and corresponding seal receivers 6 in the region of the bolt 2.
- seal receivers 5 and 6 are sealing strips 9, 10 of the post 1 and 2 bars.
- the respective cover profile 22 and 23 is provided with the interposition of cover profile side provided outer sealing strips 29 and 30 by means of a fastening screw 25 and 26 respectively the respective glazing element 24 is clamped between the cover profiles 22, 23 and the post profiles 3 or locking profiles 4.
- 1 drainage channels 7 and in the region of the bolt 2 drainage channels 8 are provided in the area of the post.
- the bottom of the drainage channel 7 is ensured directly by the post profile 3, whereas the bottom of the drainage channel 8 is realized on the bolt 2 by a transversely to the screw 31 extending portion 13 of the bolt insulator 12.
- Post insulator 11 and bar insulator 12 are made of a material with no or only low thermal conductivity.
- FIG. 2 results in the connection region of posts 1 and 2 bars in a sectional view, wherein the bolt 2 in FIG. 2 the better representation half rotated by 90 ° is shown.
- the support levels E are in the range of the post 1 and bolt 2 at the same height.
- the sealing strips 9 for the post 1 and those 10 for the bolt 2 have a same cross section, so that one and the same sealing strip is usable for both areas.
- Leachate, which along the glazing element 24 off FIG. 1 to the drainage channel 8 of the bolt 2 passes is collected in this drainage channel and transferred horizontally into the vertical drainage channel 7 of the post 1.
- the post section 3 is in the support plane E to the post section 3 flush. It must therefore only be cut on the front side.
- the respective sealing strip 10 of the bolt 2 is supported substantially on the profile of the bolt 2 in the region of the seal seat 6.
- the end portion 14 of the portion 13 overlaps with the inner side wall 19 of the sealing strip 10 of the bolt 2 and ensures a seal of the drainage channel eighth
- T-shaped sealing piece 21 is used, on the one hand in the region of the seal receptacle 5 of the post 1 and on the other hand in the frontal cavity of the bar insulator 12, which is not filled by the screw 31.
- FIG. 4 (a) 1 illustrates a sealing region 15, in which an intermeshing of sealing strip 10 of the bolt 2 with the end region 14 of the bolt insulator 12 takes place.
- a contouring 18 in the form of at least one recess 20 in the inner region of the sealing strip 10 is provided, into which engages an approximately correspondingly shaped projection of the portion 13 of the bar insulator 12.
- the lip 17 of the sealing strip 10 formed by the recess 16 likewise engages in the contouring 18.
- FIGS. 4 (b) - (d) show differently shaped contouring 18 in the form of different, recurring recesses 20th
- the portion 13 of the bar insulator 12 is formed flat. However, a sealing effect is also generated by the recess 16 and lip 17 under load.
- the sealing strips 9, 10 of the post 1 or bolt 2 in the same support plane E (see. FIG. 2 ), the mullion-and-transom construction according to the invention also has a same sealing height view.
- the present invention provides a novel building facade or a novel roof whose construction can be created in a simple and cost-effective manner on site without disengagement of the latch profiles, ensures good Wasserableit characterizing and can be created inexpensively due to the reduced number of parts.
- the invention thus justifies a very substantial contribution in the relevant technical field.

The present invention has the object to provide a generic building façade or a corresponding roof, which ensures a simple, cost-effective installation while reducing the number of parts.
The above object is achieved in the generic building facade or the roof in that the sealing strip of the bolt is anchored to the seal receptacle of the bolt profile, the bottom of the drainage channel of the bolt formed by a patch on the bolt profile bar insulator and / or a part of the sealing strip of the bolt is and the weather strip for the post as a sealing strip for the bolt and vice versa usable. The bar profile does not need to be disengaged due to the attached bar isolator. In addition, the invention ensures the possibility of reducing the number of parts due to the applicability of the sealing strips for both the post and latch area and thus significantly reduce the manufacturing cost.
Appropriately be used as sealing strips for the mullion and transom area those with identical cross-section. The sealing strips can consequently be manufactured with a single tool.
In a further embodiment of the inventive idea, the bar isolator has a section forming the bottom of the drainage channel, the end or end area of which rests on the bar profile in the region of the seal receiver. Of the Section of the bolt insulator extends in the connecting region of the post and bolt on the seal receptacle of the post and opens into the drainage channel of the post. It is only necessary to disengage the sealing performance of the bolt in the transition region in the region engaging in the seal receiver.
Conveniently, a sealing region is provided at the outer end region of the bolt insulator, in which the sealing strip and the bolt insulator seal against each other, especially in the mounted state of the facade. Appropriately, this seal is ensured by the contact pressure of the sealing strip at the end of the bar insulator.
In order to intensify the sealing effect of the sealing area, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the end area of the bolt insulator is designed such that it engages in a recess provided on the sealing strip of the bolt.
In addition or alternatively, the sealing strip can have a lip, in particular a sealing lip, engaging the end region of the bolt insulator.
To further increase the sealing effect, it is expedient that the bolt insulator preferably has a contouring or profiling in its end region.
The shape of the contouring or profiling can be adapted to the shape of the recess and / or lip at least approximately. This also causes an intensification of the sealing effect.
Furthermore, the sealing strips of the bolt (in particular in the region of the lip) in the end region of the bolt insulator on the plane E of Resist gasket of the bolt. This also results in an increased sealing effect in the sealing area.
Conveniently, the side wall of the sealing strip of the bolt extends to the drainage channel of the bolt facing side over the outer end of the bar insulator towards the drainage channel. This results in an overlap of a portion of the weather strip with the bolt insulator, at least with the end portion thereof, and thus effective formation of the side wall of the drainage channel opposite the wall formed by the bolt insulator.
Also, the aforementioned wall may be formed obliquely, so that the overlap only over a portion of the sealing strip of the bolt - based on their height - is present.
According to a further embodiment of the bottom of the drainage channel forming portion of the bar insulator may comprise at least one, preferably a plurality of recesses.
