Abstract

Hydraulische Hubvorrichtung für batteriebetriebene Flurförderzeuge, mit mindestens einem hydraulischen Hubzylinder, einer im Lasthebebetrieb als Pumpe arbeitenden, den Hubzylinder (1) mit Druckmittel beschickenden und im Lastsenkbetrieb als Motor arbeitenden, von dem vom Hubzylinder (1) verdrängten Druckmittel angetriebenen Hydraulikpumpe (5), einer mit der Hydraulikpumpe (5) gekuppelten, im Lasthebebetrieb als Elektromotor und im Lastsenkbetrieb als Generator arbeitenden elektrischen Maschine (6), einer Drehzahlregeleinrichtung für die elektrische Maschine (6), wobei die elektrische Maschine (6) durch die Drehzahlregeleinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von der Betätigung eines Sollwertgebers in ihrer Drehzahl regelbar ist, einer Hubventilanordnung (7) in einem zum Hubzylinder (1) führenden Hebenzweig (9), einem Senkzweig (8) zwischen dem Hubzylinder (1) und einer Verbindung zwischen einem Rückschlagventil (20) und einem Eingang der Hydraulikpumpe (5), einem Volumenstrombegrenzer (11) im Senkzweig, einer Bypass-Ventilanordnung (13), welche einen Ausgang der Hydraulikpumpe (5) mit dem Tank (19) verbindet und mindestens einem weiteren hydraulischen Verbraucher (2,3,4), der von der Hydraulikpumpe (5) über ein zugeordnetes Steuerventil (16) versorgbar ist, wobei das Hubventil (1) im Hebenzweig (9) abströmseitig von der Abzweigung einer Leitung (10) zum Nebenverbraucher (2,3,4) angeordnet ist und die Leitung aufströmseitig des Steuerventils (16) über eine Druckwaage (13) mit dem Tank verbindbar ist.
