Abstract
Bei heutigen Common Rail Einspritzsystemen, die mit einem Hochdruckregelventil (PCV) und einem Volumenstromregelventil (VCV) ausgebildet sind, tritt das Problem auf, dass oftmals die adaptierte Ventilstellung des Volumenstromregelventils (VCV) fehlerbehaftet ist. Das liegt in der Regel daran, dass die Ventilstellung in Abhängigkeit vom Raildruck nur über ein eindimensionales Adaptionskennfeld gesteuert wird. Dieses kann unerwünschte Mehrdeutigkeiten ergeben, die zur Kraftstoffeinspritzung mit Fehlmengen führen kann. Zur Lösung dieses Problems wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, für die Adaptierung der Ventilstellung und damit des Volumenstromes ein zweidimensionales Adaptionskennfeld zur verwenden, wobei die Adaptionswerte für die Ventilstellung durch das Adaptionskennfeld in Abhängigkeit von zwei Betriebsparametern der Brennkraftmaschine vorgegeben werden. In today's Common Rail injection systems, which are formed with a high-pressure control valve (PCV) and a volume flow control valve (VCV), the problem arises that often the adapted valve position of the volume flow control valve (VCV) is faulty. This is usually due to the fact that the valve position is controlled as a function of the rail pressure only via a one-dimensional adaptation map. This can result in undesirable ambiguities that can lead to fuel injection with shortages. To solve this problem, it is proposed according to the invention to use a two-dimensional adaptation map for adapting the valve position and thus the volume flow, wherein the adaptation values for the valve position are predetermined by the adaptation map as a function of two operating parameters of the internal combustion engine.
