- Storing and application device (1) comprising:- a container (2) containing the product (P) that is to be applied,- an applicator (3) configured to pick up product from the container, this applicator comprising an application element (40) and a heating element (50) running at least partially along the length of the application element,- a wiper (23) for wiping the applicator as it is withdrawn from the container,this device being characterized in that the application element (40) and the heating element (50) are at least partially arranged with a space between them when the applicator (3) is completely out of the container (2) and in that the applicator is configured in such a way that the application element (40) and the heating element (50) can move elastically closer together as they cross the wiper (23).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the application element (40) comprises a brush.
- Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the brush comprises a twisted core (41).
- Device according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the brush comprises bristles (42) which extend out from the applicator over at least one complete revolution about the axis (Y) of the brush.
- Device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the bristles (42) extend over an angular sector about the axis (Y) of the brush, on the outside of the applicator, of 270° or less, particularly of about 180°.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the applicator comprises a support (30) comprising two parts, one bearing the application element (40) and the other bearing the heating element (50).
- Device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the support (30) is made of an elastically deformable material.
- Device according to Claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the two parts of the support are articulated to one another.
- Device according to any one of Claims 6 to 8, characterized in that the support (30) is overmoulded onto the heating element (50) and/or the application element.
- Device according to any one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the support (30) is fixed to a wand (21) of the applicator and in that the wand keeps the support in a configuration in which the application element (40) and the heating element are substantially parallel when the applicator is fully extracted from the container.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the application element (40) and the heating element (50) are connected by at least one film hinge (37).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the application element (40) and the heating element are separated by an air gap when the applicator is fully extracted from the container.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the heating element comprises a resistive wire (51) arranged inside a sheath (53).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the heating element (50) is arranged in such a way that it can come into contact with the wiper (23) as it crosses the latter.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wiper (23) has a passage for the applicator which is of circular cross section.
- Device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the smallest diameter (d) of the passage is greater than or equal to 6 mm, and in particular ranges between 6 and 8 mm.
- Device according to one of the two preceding claims, characterized in that the smallest diameter of the passage corresponds more or less to a transverse dimension of the applicator when the application element and the heating element are as close together as possible.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the applicator (3) has a housing (11) to accommodate an electrical power source (10).
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the maximum temperature of the heating element (50) when there is no product present is greater than 40°C, or even greater than 60°C.
