Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von strangförmiger Textilwaremit einem Behälter (1),mit Transportdüsenmitteln für die Textilware,mit einer druckseitig mit den Transportdüsenmitteln und saugseitig mit dem Behälter verbundenen Transportmediums-Umwälzeinrichtung (21,22,25) undmit in dem Behälter ausgebildeten Speichermitteln (3) zur Aufnahme des jeweiligen Warenstranges (4), wobeidie Transportdüsenmittel wenigstens zwei getrennte, axial nebeneinander angeordnete Transportdüsen (9) für jeweils einen Warenstrang (4) aufweisen und die Transportdüsen in eine gemeinsame Transportmediums-Verteilereinrichtung (16,16a) eingesetzt sind, die mit der Umwälzeinrichtung verbunden ist und die einen den Transportmediumseinlass (10) der Transportdüsen mit Transportmedium beaufschlagenden Raum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmediums-Verteilereinrichtung einen Transportmediums-Verteilerkasten (16,16a) aufweist, der mit der Druckseite der Umwälzeinrichtung (21,22,25) verbunden ist und in den die Transportdüsen (9) eingesetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerkasten (16,16a) sich wenigstens über einen Teil der axialen Länge des Behälters (1) erstreckend angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerkasten (16) innerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerkasten (16) außerhalb des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportdüsen (9) auf ihrer Warenstrangeingangs und -ausgangsseite jeweils über Leitungsmittel (28,29) mit dem Behälter (1) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verteilerkasten (16,16a) die Transportdüsen zumindest im Bereiche deren Transportmediumseinlasses (10) umgebend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmediums-Verteilereinrichtung wahlweise betätigbare Steuermittel (31;39,41) für die Transportmediumsbeaufschlagung der Transportdüsen (9) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel die Transportmediumszufuhr zu dem Verteilerkasten (16,16a) steuernde Mittel (31,32) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Transportdüsen wahlweise betätigbare Steuermittel (39;41) zugeordnet sind, durch die die Transportmediumsbeaufschlagung einzelner Transportdüsen steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel Absperrmittel (31) aufweisen, durch die den einzelnen Transportdüsen (9) zugeordnete, mit dem Inneren des Verteilerkastens (16a) in Verbindung stehende Transportmediumspeiseräume (37) ganz oder teilweise gegenüber dem Verteilerkasten absperrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmediumsspeiseräume (37) der einzelnen Transportdüsen (9) in dem Verteilerkasten (16a) abgeteilt sind und jeweils eine in dem Verteilerkasteninneren mündende Transportmediumszufuhröffnung (38) aufweisen, deren Durchtrittsquerschnitt durch die Absperrmittel (31) beeinflussbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Verteilerkasten (16,16a) Transportmediumsleitelemente angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmediumsleitelemente die Transportdüsen (9) zumindest teilweise umschließende Leitbleche aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmedium gasförmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportmedium flüssig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportmediumsumwälzmittel wenigstens ein Gebläse (22) aufweisen, das in dem Behälter (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse im Bereiche einer Stirnwand (23) des Behälters (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (22) elektromotorisch angetrieben ist und der Antriebsmotor (24) zumindest teilweise außerhalb des Behälters (1) liegt.
