Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for separating shingled, flat products, in particular folding boxes, with a feed belt, on which the products rest in the form of a scale flow and are transported at a first transport speed V Z , wherein the feed belt is followed by a take-off belt, which is a higher transport speed V A , as the first transport speed V Z of the feed belt.
- the scale flow in which the individual cartons are mostly overlap, dissolved in such a way that the cartons with higher speed but at a short distance from each other transported one after the other into the packaging device become.
- the Folding boxes are regularly shaped, that is one have rectangular cross-section, and one in the Have substantially constant thickness.
- a shingled stream of cartons is to be separated be either one of the rectangular shape deviating Own contour or have different thicknesses over their surface mechanical equipment is not used because these boxes are due to their inhomogeneity tilt inside the machine and cause interference.
- the shingled stream is therefore resolved manually by the counted desired number of cartons and to a Partial package in a corresponding admission in the Packing device are stored. This is not only time-consuming but also extremely labor intensive, because such manual activities only up to a certain Speed can be performed.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a Device for separating scaly, flat
- a Device for separating scaly, flat To provide products with not only homogeneous, that essentially means rectangular, flat products, especially cartons, can be separated, but also folding boxes, one of the rectangular shape have different cross-section and / or the one have different thicknesses.
- This object is achieved with a device of mentioned type achieved in that the discharge belt as Vacuum belt is formed or a vacuum belt and that for subsequent flat products a Retaining device is provided.
- the removal takes place the foremost carton from the feed belt in that the Folding box is held by the discharge belt by vacuum. So not only the ones created by gravity work Frictional forces, but these are due to the suction of the Folding box on the vacuum belt significantly increased.
- Vacuum held folding box can thus safely from Vacuum belt and out of the shingled stream in which it passes through subsequent cartons held or is retained, transported away. That's it Dump itself formed as a vacuum belt, or it can In addition, a vacuum belt are provided with which the Foremost folding carton is deducted. To make sure that only the front carton is removed, is the subsequent carton with a Restraint device retained.
- the suction of the carton to the vacuum belt takes place according to the invention in that the vacuum belt in its Longitudinal breakthroughs and below at least a breakthrough, especially several breakthroughs, a Vacuum box is arranged, with which through the breakthrough or sucked through the openings through air becomes.
- a Vacuum box is arranged, with which through the breakthrough or sucked through the openings through air becomes.
- the size of the openings is dimensioned so that the required holding force is exerted on the carton. To increase the holding force, a correspondingly large number of openings can also be provided.
- the vacuum box In order to remove the carton as quickly and safely as possible from the scale flow, the vacuum box is located in the immediate vicinity of the inlet on the vacuum belt. Leaves the front carton the feed belt and enters the area of the inlet of the vacuum belt, then the carton is held in its front area and withdrawn at the increased transport speed V A.
- a safe transport without twisting the carton is Continue to ensure that on each long side Vacuum belt is provided. This will make the carton their right and left margins captured and secure transported. Deviating from the rectangular shape Cross-sectional shapes therefore do not pose a risk potential in the Transport of the folding box.
- the position of the vacuum box changeable is. This can be the time when the by vacuum generated holding force to act on the carton, be set exactly so that the carton as possible slip-free with respect to the trigger belt is transported.
- the strength of the negative pressure in Vacuum box is adjustable.
- An increase can be, for example in heavy, especially multi-ply, corrugated board existing folding cartons are recommended.
- the vacuum tapes according to the invention independently of each other in terms of their transport speed V A , the strength of the negative pressure, the location of the negative pressure and the size of the vacuum boxes individually adjustable.
- the position of the carton removed from the shingled stream can be determined, for example, by means of sensors and the vacuum belts can be controlled accordingly. In this way, interfering with the removal of the cartons, so that not only disturbances are avoided with certainty, but also very high take-off speeds can be achieved.
- the separating device according to the invention is extremely flexible and can also be connected to fast-running folding carton production plants, in particular as an inline device.
- a counter or Detection sensor for the isolated products provided in the range of the trigger belt.
- This counter for example, with an optical sensor, a Button or the like, detects the isolated products and Ensures that the packages formed below always have the same number of cartons.
- an infeed belt is provided between the feed belt and the take-off belt.
- This infeed belt has the task to partially dissolve the scale flow, that is to reduce the shed density and to increase the speed of the individual products.
- the infeed belt serves as a buffer between the scale flow and the take-off belt, so that a brief stoppage of the take-off belt or a reduction in the transport speed V A of the take-off belt, which is usually the case with a removal of the formed package, not to a standstill or an influence on the scale flow leads.
- the second transport speed V E of the infeed belt is thus greater than the first transport speed V Z of the feed belt and less than the third transport speed V A of the take-off belt. The carton is thus accelerated after removal from the shingled stream both on the infeed belt and on the take-off belt.
- the second transport speed V E of the infeed conveyor is variable.
- the degree of separation can be controlled, on the other hand the buffer effect can be used selectively.
- the right or left inlet belt that is, the infeed belt on the right or left side of the carton their orientation in the transport direction.
- the infeed conveyor has a vacuum retention device on.
- it is designed as a vacuum belt.
- a vacuum box be provided parallel to the infeed conveyor.
- This vacuum belt or the vacuum box serve as a restraint for not yet deducted Folding boxes.
- With the vacuum belt or the Vacuum box is the carton either on the vacuum belt held or braked over the vacuum box. This has the significant advantage that the foremost Folding box after being grabbed by the trigger tape then from the one located on the intake belt Schachtelverbund triggers when the trigger force of the trigger belt greater than the holding force of the inlet vacuum belt or the vacuum box next to the intake belt. This prevents that with the foremost Folding box the following folding box or more subsequent folding cartons are taken.
- the vacuum box in the transport direction and / or arranged adjustable transversely to the transport direction. In this way can be aimed at the rear area of a each folding box a holding force to be exercised.
- the negative pressure of as Vacuum belt formed inlet belt, or in Vacuum box next to the infeed conveyor adjustable. hereby The strength of the restraining force can be set in a targeted manner.
- the vacuum retaining device at one of the Faltschachteln provided infeed belt and / or on an over be provided this current inlet belt. This means, that the cartons are both on their bottom and on their top are braked or even arrested can.
- the feed belt is a dry belt.
- the ones on the dry belt are located Folding boxes come directly from a drying station, in which the carton was glued. It is, however conceivable that the folding box from a stitching station or a tape station is coming.
- the outlet of a total of 8 designated conveyor belt, in particular a drying belt 10 can be seen on the upper run 12 a scale flow 14, formed by flat products 16, in particular of cartons 18, rests.
- the drying belt 10 is followed by a total of 20 designated inlet belt, which merges into a discharge belt 22.
- On the infeed conveyor 20 are also folding boxes 18, which were deducted from the scale flow 14 and are partially or completely isolated.
- the hold-down 24 can be centered on the cartons 18th rest, it can also be moved to a long side be. It can also be provided 24 several hold-down. The position and the hold-down force of the hold-down 24 can be adjusted via an adjusting spindle 26.
- Downholder 24 is suitable e.g. one of a kind Cable drag chain trained link chain the preference has that it can exert a force in one direction and dodges in the other direction. Are they jamming? Faltschachteln 18 on the infeed conveyor 20, then the Hold down 24 to form a belly upwards since he is in this Direction is flexible. This will be the towering Folded boxes 18 safely held.
- the apron belt 10 is formed by one or more belts 28 circulating with the first transport speed V Z. These lead the individual folding boxes 18, which are arranged in the shingled stream 14, from a drying station (not shown) (or a stitching station, tape station or the like) to the outlet 30 of the drying belt 10.
- deflection roller 32 at which the scale flow 14 lifts off from the upper strand 12, and is transferred to the inlet belt 20. Since the second transport speed V E of the infeed belt 20 is greater than the first transport speed V Z of the drying belt 10, the scale flow 14 is pulled apart or the folding boxes 18 are even singulated.
- the infeed belt 20 has two belts 34 and 36 (see FIG 2) extending substantially along the side edges 38 and 40 of the folding box 18 extend.
- the drive of the belts 34 and 36 via geared motors 42, each band 34th and 36 is associated with its own geared motor 42. To this Way, the speed of each band 34 and 36 be set separately, reducing the location of the Folding boxes 18 on the belts 34 and 36 are corrected can.
- the inlet 44 of the discharge belt 22 At the end of the inlet belt 20 is the inlet 44 of the discharge belt 22, which has two belts 46 and 48, which rotate at the third transport speed V A. Above the take-off belt 22 there is also a hold-down device, designated in its entirety by 50, which rotates at the same speed.
- the bands 46 and 48 are vacuum bands 58 and 60 formed and have breakthroughs 62, with vacuum boxes 64 and 66 communicate. Also the vacuum boxes 64 and 66 have openings 68, with the openings 62 of the Vacuum bands 58 and 60 communicate. This way you can in each case the front region of the foremost folding box 18 be sucked by the vacuum belts 58 and 60, whereby the Frictional force and thereby the withdrawal force is increased.
- this pull-off force exceeds the holding force with which this folding box 18 is retained by the vacuum boxes 52 and 54, then it is drawn off at the third transport speed V A and transported away to the left.
- the subsequent folding box 18 ' is sucked by the vacuum boxes 52 and 54 and retained such that it is moved only with the second transport speed V E of the infeed conveyor 20. In this way, the individual cartons 18 and 18 'safely separated.
- each of the leading edge of each Folding box 18 detected and a signal to a Dispensing device.
- the bands of the hold-down 50 are driven via a respective geared motor 74 and are individually controllable. This also applies to the bands of the Hold-down 24 to, if the hold-down 24 driven Has bands, each via a geared motor 76th are individually controllable.
- the gear motor 76 drives a roller, a roller or belt on, in the flow and return is rotatable.
- the roll or the like can be made from the consist of different materials, e.g. made of steel, made of Plastic, especially rubber or she can use a brush be.
- the hardness of the material or the brush is free to the material or the contour of the folding boxes 18th customizable.
- the distance of the openings 62 of the vacuum bands 58 and 60 is chosen so that the greatest possible overlap with the Breakthroughs 68 of the vacuum boxes 64 and 66 prevails.
- the position of the vacuum boxes 52, 54, 64 and 66 is adjustable to the attachment to the to adapt to different formats of folding boxes 18 can.
