Claims (33)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung gebundener Bücher, Zeitschriften oder Broschuren durch Zusammentragen von Druckbogen (5) zu ungebundenen Buchblocks (6) auf einer Förderstrecke, die von wenigstens einem Druckbogenanleger (4) beschickt wird, wobei die Druckbogen (5) jeweils in einem Randbereich von einer Vorderseite eines Druckbogenstapels abgehoben und mittels Förderorgan von dem Reststapel abgezogen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich zum Abheben von dem Reststapel von dem Förderorgan erfasst und anschlissend parallel zur Längserstreckung des Randbereichs von dem Reststapel abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Randbereich einen Falz aufweist.
- Einrichtung zur Herstellung gebundener Bücher, Zeitschriften oder Broschuren durch Zusammentragen von Druckbogen (5) entlang einer Förderstrecke, die durch eine Mitnehmer (3) aufweisende Fördervorrichtung (2) und wenigstens einem oberhalb der Fördervorrichtung (2) angeordneten, letztere mit an einer Stapelvorderseite entnommenen Druckbogen (5) beschickenden Anleger (4) besteht, der eine einen freistehenden Randbereich des Druckbogens (5) an der Stapelvorderseite von einem Reststapel abhebende Trennvorrichtung und ein den Druckbogen (5) von der Stapelvorderseite abziehendes Förderorgan aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Trennvorrichtung und Förderorgan vereint an einer Entnahmeeinheit (13) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entnahmeeinheit (13) zum Trennen des freistehenden Randbereichs eines Druckbogens (5) und zum Abziehen des Druckbogens (5) von dem Reststapel eine dem Randbereich zugewandte, mit an eine Vakuumquelle anschliessbare Saugöffnungen (15) versehene Auflagefläche (14) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeeinheit (13) zum Trennen des Randbereichs eines Druckbogens (5) vom Reststapel dreh- und translatorisch und zum Abziehen eines Druckbogens von dem Reststapel senkrecht zur Trennbewegung antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (14) in eine von der Stapelvorderseite abgewandte Richtung schwenkbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (14) zur Abwälzung an dem freistehenden Randbereich eines Druckbogens (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwälzbewegung in zur Abzugsbewegung senkrechten Ebenen erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmevorrichtung (13) wälz- oder schwenkbar, sich entlang des freistehenden Randbereichs erstreckend ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entnahmeeinheit (13) druckluftzuführende Mittel zugeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein unter den freistehenden Randbereich des Reststapels versetzbares Stützorgan (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützorgan (19) schwenkend zustellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dem Reststapel zugewandte Ende des Stützorgans (19) durch eine Auflageebene (20) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere, in den aus abgetrenntem Druckbogen (5) und Reststapel gebildeten Spalt eintauchbare Ende des Stützorgans (19) durch den gestapelten Druckbogen (5) an den Kanten Druckluft zuführende Oeffnungen (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageebene (20) mit einer Vakuumquelle verbundene, dem Reststapel zugewandte Saugöffnungen aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Entnahmeeinheit (13) eine den Druckbogen (13) im Randbereich auf die Auflagefläche (14) drückende Greifvorrichtung (22) befestigt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 16, die einen Boden (10) zur Aufnahme der in einem Magazin (9) gestapelten Druckbogen (5) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Stapel zugewandte Auflagefläche (14) der Entnahmeeinheit (13) wenigstens auf der Höhe des Magazinbodens (10) oder über diesem angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (14) mehrere nebeneinander in Abzugsrichtung der Druckbogen (5) sich erstreckende Reihen mit Saugöffnungen (15) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihen der Saugöffnungen (15) mit zunehmender Annäherung der Auflagefläche (14) an dem freistehenden Randbereich aktivierbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, bei der an die Oberfläche des den Stapel aufnehmenden Magazinbodens (10) Druckluft zugeführt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 21, mit verteilten Düsen zur Druckluftzuführung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckluftzufuhr über die Düsen entsprechend der Auflägefläche eines Druckbogenformates (5) erfolgt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entnahmeeinheit (13) eine in Abzugsrichtung gleichsinnig angetriebene Transportvorrichtung (18) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (18) in die Fördervorrichtung (2) mündet.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (18) durch einen Förderspalt zweier Fördertrums endlos umlaufender Bänder (26, 27) gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (18) eine den Fördertrums in Abzugsrichtung (33, 34) vorgeschaltete Abzugsvorrichtung (32) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportvorrichtung (18) und die Entnahmeeinheit (13) die gleiche Fördergeschwindigkeit aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (33, 34) den Druckbogen (5) in dem ebenen Flächenbereich erfassen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entntahmeeinheit (13) an dem vorderen Ende der Auflagefläche (14) dem unteren Stapelbereich verteilt zugewandte Blasdüsen (31) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oeffnung (11) an dem in Förderrichtung hinteren Ende des Magazins (9) ein dem unteren Bereich des Reststapel zugeordnetes Rückhalteorgan (38) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückhalteorgan (38) taktgleich mit dem Druckbogenanleger (4) senkrecht oszillierend angetrieben ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzugsrichtung der Entnahmeeinheit (13) etwa gleichsinnig zur Förderrichtung (F) der Fördervorrichtung (2) ausgerichtet ist.
