Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für die Wandmontage von sanitären Elementen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Befestigungsvorrichtungen dieser Art dienen zur Montage von sanitären Elementen, beispielsweise Waschbecken, Klosettschüsseln und Bidets. Die Fittinge sind an der Montageschiene befestigt und dienen zum Anschliessen einer Armatur an das Leitungsnetz. Die Schiene ist an ihren beiden Enden an einem Traggestell, beispielsweise einem Montagerahmen befestigt.
  • Eine Befestigungsvorrichtung ist beispielsweise aus der EP 0 824 170 A bekannt geworden. Diese weist ein Fittingaufnahmeteil auf, das mit einer Zapfen-Loch-Verbindung in wählbaren Orientierungen an einer Basisplatte ansteckbar ist. Der Fitting besitzt eine Grundplatte, welche von oben in das taschenförmige Fittingaufnahmeteil einsetzbar ist. Von der Basisplatte steht ein Vorsprung ab, der in ein wählbares Loch der Montageschiene einsetzbar ist.
  • Durch die EP 1 229 281 A ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung bekannt geworden, bei welcher auf die Montageschiene eine Befestigungsplatte aufgesetzt ist. Diese Befestigungsplatte ist mit Hilfe von Haltemitteln an der Montageschiene vorläufig festlegbar.
  • Die gattungsbildende US 5,060,892 A offenbart eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für sanitäre Leitungen und weist eine teleskopisch verlängerbare horizontale Schiene auf, die an zwei vertikalen Stützen befestigt wird. Zur Stützung von horizontalen Leitungsrohren sind in die Schiene Hülsen verschiebbar gelagert, durch die jeweils ein zu stützendes Leitungsrohr hindurchgesteckt wird. Die Hülsen besitzen jeweils eine rechteckige Basis und daran angeformt eine rohrförmige Erstreckung. Diese Befestigungsvorrichtung eignet sich nicht für eine Wandmontage mit Anschlussfittingen.
  • Die EP 0 733 745 A offenbart eine Befestigungsschiene zur Befestigung von Anschlussfittingen. Die Schiene besitzt Öffnungen, die derart angeordnet sind, dass die in der Praxis zum Anschluss von Armaturen wesentlichen Loch- und Montageabstände vorgegeben sind.
  • Die DE 195 37 564 A offenbart eine Montageschiene, die Arretierungsbohrungen sowie Langlöcher für die Aufnahme von Montageelementen. Eine Anschlussplatte ist nicht vorgesehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Befestigungsvorrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine noch einfachere Montage ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Befestigungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Befestigungsvorrichtung kann die Anschlussplatte im Kanal vormontiert werden. Der Anschlussfitting muss dann lediglich noch in die Anschlussplatte eingesetzt und kann dann in die gewünschte Position verschoben werden. In dieser gewünschten Position wird die Platte festgelegt, beispielsweise festgeklemmt. Auch ein nachträgliches Verstellen ist einfach. Dazu wird die Anschlussplatte gelöst und im genannten Kanal in die richtige Position verschoben. Die Erfindung ermöglicht somit insbesondere eine einfachere Positionierung der Anschlussfittinge. Die Anschlussmöglichkeiten können hier sehr variabel sein. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung eignet sich zudem zur Herstellung einer vormontierten Baueinheit, welche die Montageschiene, die Anschlussplatte und wenigstens einen Anschlussfitting umfasst. Eine solche Baueinheit ist besonders kompakt herstellbar. Sie ermöglicht eine besonders einfache und schnelle Montage von Sanitärelementen.
  • Die Montage ist dann besonders einfach, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Längskanal frontseitig offen ist. Dadurch ergibt sich ein besonders guter Zugang zur Anschlussplatte und insbesondere zu Befestigungselementen, beispielsweise zu Klemmelementen, mit denen die Anschlussplatte in der gewünschten Position festlegbar ist.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung kann dann besonders kostengünstig hergestellt werden, wenn die Montageschiene gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung als C-Profil ausgebildet ist. Durch das C-Profil wird ein Kanal gebildet, der an einer Seite, insbesondere an der Frontseite, offen ist. In einem solchen Kanal kann die Anschlussplatte besonders sicher geführt werden und dennoch ist diese Anschlussplatte gut zugänglich.
  • Nach der Erfindung weist die Montageschiene wenigstens ein sich in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene erstreckendes Langloch auf, durch welches die wenigstens beiden Anschlussfittinge hindurchragen.
  • Dieses Langloch erstreckt sich vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge der Montageschiene, sodass sich ein grosser Verstellweg ergibt.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, dass die Anschlussplatte im Kanal der Montageschiene festklemmbar ist. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere ein Festklemmen mit Selbstbohrschrauben. Die Anschlussplatte kann dann in jeder Position der Anschlussplatte in einfacher Weise und sehr schnell an der Montageschiene fixiert werden.
  • Die Anschlussplatte weist wenigstens zwei Langlöcher auf, die sich in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene erstrecken und in denen wenigstens ein Anschlussfitting verschieblich gelagert ist. Dies ermöglicht eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Armaturabstände. Vorzugsweise sind an der Anschlussplatte Mittel vorgesehen, welche vorbestimmte Armaturenabstände festlegen. Diese Mittel sind insbesondere vorstehende Teile, welche Positionen von Selbstbohrschrauben festlegen.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Anschlussplatte im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders stabile Lagerung der Anschlussplatte im Kanal der Montageschiene. Die Anschlussplatte ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorzugsweise höher als eine frontseitige Öffnung der Montageschiene. Beim Verschieben der Anschlussplatte kann diese nicht aus dem Kanal herausfallen. Vorzugsweise ist die Anschlussplatte seitlich in den Kanal eingesetzt.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind an der Anschlussplatte schalldämmende Elemente angebracht, mit denen die Anschlussplatte im Kanal der Montageschiene verschieblich abgestützt ist. Durch diese Weiterbildung wird erreicht, dass sich Körperschall weniger vom Sanitärelement auf das Traggestell und von diesem in das Gebäude überträgt. Diese Dämmelemente dienen gleichzeitig zur Lagerung der Anschlussplatte.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an der Anschlussplatte ein Halter angeordnet, der insbesondere zur Befestigung eines Spülbogens vorgesehen ist. Nach dieser Weiterbildung dient die Anschlussplatte gleichzeitig zur Halterung eines weiteren Elementes, insbesondere eines Spülbogens. Dieser Spülbogen wird bei der Positionierung der Anschlussplatte gleichzeitig ebenfalls positioniert. Dies vereinfacht die Montage noch weiter.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung ist gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung als Baueinheit ausgebildet. Die Montageschiene, die Anschlussplatte und wenigstens ein Fitting sowie ein Halter für den Spülbogen sind nach dieser Weiterbildung vormontiert und vereinfachen damit die Montage noch weiter.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 weist eine Montageschiene 3 auf, die ein Blechprofil ist und die an ihren Enden mit Befestigungsschrauben 7 jeweils an einer Befestigungslasche 6 angeschraubt ist. Mit diesen Befestigungslaschen 6, von welcher in den Figuren 1 bis 3 lediglich die eine gezeigt ist, ist die Montageschiene 3 an einem Traggestell 5 befestigt, das hier lediglich angedeutet ist. Solche Traggestelle 5 sind in der Sanitärtechnik allgemein bekannt. Diese werden in der Regel auf einen Fussboden gestellt und an einer Gebäudewand befestigt. Frontseitig wird das Traggestell beispielsweise mit einer Gipskartonplatte abgedeckt. Solche Unterputzmontagen sind an sich ebenfalls bekannt. Die Befestigungsvorrichtung eignet sich insbesondere für eine solche Unterputzmontage mit Leichtbauwänden.
  • Die Montageschiene 3 ist zumindest in einem mittleren Bereich im Querschnitt C-förmig und weist einen seitlich und frontseitig offenen Kanal K auf, der durch eine Wandung 11 sowie Abbiegungen 10 gebildet ist. Eine frontseitige Öffnung 12 erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge der Montageschiene 3.
  • In den Kanal K ist eine Anschlussplatte 4 eingesetzt, die im Kanal K verschieblich gelagert ist. Diese Anschlussplatte 4 weist zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Langlöcher 17 auf, in die jeweils verschieblich ein Anschlussfitting 2 eingesetzt ist. Die Anschlussfittinge 2 sind sogenannte Durchsteckfittinge. Diese weisen jeweils gemäss Figur 4 einen Durchgang 18 mit einem Innengewinde 19 auf, die zur Befestigung einer hier nicht gezeigten Armatur, beispielsweise einem Wasserhahn vorgesehen ist. Am gegenüberliegenden Ende, das rückseitig aus der Montageschiene 3 hinausragt, ist ein Aussengewinde 21 angeordnet, das zum Anschluss einer Leitung, insbesondere einer Wasserleitung, dient. Die beiden Anschlussfittinge 2 ragen jeweils auch durch ein Langloch 13 hindurch, das sich in der Wandung 11 in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene 3 erstreckt. Das Langloch 13 erstreckt sich im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge der Montageschiene 3. Wie ersichtlich, ist das Langloch 13 um ein Mehrfaches länger als die Langlöcher 17 der Anschlussplatte 4.
  • Die Anschlussplatte 4 ist im Querschnitt U-förmig und weist gemäss Figur 4 Schenkel 23 bzw. Abbiegungen auf, die sich in den Kanal K hinein erstrecken. Auf diese Schenkel 23 ist jeweils ein Dämpfungselement 22 aufgesetzt, das gleichzeitig ein Führungselement für die Anschlussplatte ist. Die Dämpfungselemente 22 sind beispielsweise Gummiteile, die auf die Schenkel 23 aufgesteckt sind. Diese Dämpfungselemente 22 verhindern weitgehend eine Übertragung von Körperschall von der Anschlussplatte 4 auf die Montageschiene 3 und somit auf das Traggestell 3.
  • An der Anschlussplatte 4 ist mit Befestigungsschrauben 28 über einen Bügel 27 eine Rohrschelle 24 befestigt, wie insbesondere die Figur 5 zeigt. Die Rohrschelle 24 dient zur Befestigung insbesondere eines Spülbogens 8, der unterhalb der Montageschiene 3 angeordnet ist. Wird die Anschlussplatte 4 in der Montageschiene 3 verschoben, so wird gleichzeitig auch der Spülbogen 8 verschoben und damit positioniert.
  • Die beiden Anschlussfittinge 2 sind jeweils mit einer Halteplatte 25 und zwei Befestigungsschrauben 26 an der Anschlussplatte 4 befestigt. Die beiden Befestigungsschrauben 26 durchgreifen jeweils einen Schlitz 15 der Anschlussplatte 4, wie insbesondere die Figur 3 zeigt. Die Befestigungsschrauben 26 und damit die Halteplatte 25 sowie der entsprechende Anschlussfitting 2 sind damit im Bereich der Schlitze 15 in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene 3 verschiebbar. Die Halteplatten 25 weisen jeweils einen sechseckigen Durchbruch 29 auf, in den der Fitting 2 mit einem äusseren Sechskant 20 und einer hier nicht gezeigten Nut eingedreht und damit achsial fixiert ist. Der Sechskant 20 ist so ausgebildet, dass er im entsprechenden Langloch 17 nicht gedreht werden kann.
  • Um die Anschlussfittinge 2 in den gewünschten Positionen an der Anschlussplatte 4 und diese an der Montageschiene 3 zu fixieren, sind Selbstbohrschrauben 14 vorgesehen. Durch Eindrehen dieser Selbstbohrschrauben 14 in die Montageschiene 3 werden die Halteplatten 25 und die Anschlussplatte 4 gleichzeitig fixiert. Vorstehende Positionierelemente 16 geben jeweils vier vorgesehene Positionen vor. Beispielsweise sind in Figur 3 die Selbstbohrschrauben 14 in Positionen angeordnet, welche den grösstmöglichen Abstand zwischen den beiden Anschlussfittingen 2 definieren. Der Abstand entspricht einem der üblichen Armaturenabstände. Bei den anderen Positionen ist dieser Abstand entsprechend kleiner.
  • Die Befestigungsvorrichtung 1 ist vorzugsweise aber nicht zwingend als vormontierte Einheit ausgebildet. Diese Einheit weist wenigstens die Montageschiene, die Anschlussplatte 3 und wenigstens einen, vorzugsweise zwei Anschlussfittinge 2 auf. Vorzugsweise sind auch die Befestigungslaschen 6, sowie der Spülbogenhalter 9 und vorzugsweise auch die Rohrschelle 24 und der Spülbogen 8 vormontiert.
  • Bei einer Montage wird diese Einheit mit den Befestigungslaschen 6 am Traggestell 5 befestigt. Die Anschlussplatte 4 wird dann in der Montageschiene 3 in die vorgesehene Position verschoben. Anschliessend werden die beiden Anschlussfittinge 2 positioniert und durch ein Drehen der Selbstbohrschrauben 14 fixiert. An den beiden Anschlussfittingen 2 können nun die Leitungsrohre und die Armatur angeschlossen werden. Das Spülrohr 8 ist nun ebenfalls genau positioniert und an dieses kann das gewünschte sanitäre Element angeschlossen werden.

Claims (10)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung für die Wandmontage von sanitären Elementen, mit einer Montageschiene (3) und einer an dieser Montageschiene (3) gelagerten Anschlussplatte (4) zur Befestigung von wenigstens einem Anschlussfitting (2), wobei die Anschlussplatte (4) in einem Längskanal (K) der Montageschiene (3) gleitverschieblich gelagert und in einer gewünschten Position festlegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussplatte (4) wenigstens zwei Langlöcher (17) aufweist, durch die jeweils ein Anschlussfitting (2) hindurchragt, welche Langlöcher (17) sich in Längsrichtung der Montageschiene (3) erstrecken und in denen der jeweilige Anschlussfitting (2) verschieblich und drehsicher gelagert ist, und dass die Montageschiene (3) wenigstens ein sich in Längsrichtung dieser Montageschiene (3) erstreckendes Langloch (13) aufweist, durch welches die wenigstens beiden Anschlussfittinge (2) hindurchragen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Längskanal (K) frontseitig offen ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Montageschiene (3) als C-Profil ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussplatte (4) an der Montageschiene (3) festklemmbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussplatte (4) im Querschnitt U-förmig ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schenkel (23) der Anschlussplatte (4) sich in den Kanal (K) hinein erstrecken.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Anschlussplatte (4) ein Halter (9) angeordnet ist, der insbesondere ein Halter für einen Spülbogen (8) bildet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Montageschiene (3), die Anschlussplatte (4) und die wenigstens zwei Anschlussfittinge (2) vormontiert sind und eine Einheit bilden.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit Befestigungselemente und insbesondere Selbstbohrschrauben (14) und/oder Befestigungslaschen (6) aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit eine Rohrschelle (24) sowie einen Spülbogen (8) aufweist.
