    • o das mit einem zweiten Schwenklager an der Schwenkachse zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Kranauslegerelement gelagert ist, und
    • o das über ein an einem dritten Schwenklager gelagertes Stellelement mit dem zweiten Kranauslegerelement verbunden ist.

    - a three-point control member (40) with at least three pivoting bearings (41, 42, 43),
    • which is pivotable by a guide rod (18) extending from a pivoting bearing (31) on the base member (30) along the first crane jib member (10) to a first pivoting bearing (41),
    • which is mounted with a second pivoting bearing (42) on the pivoting axis (22) between the first and the second crane jib member (10; 20), and
    • which is connected to the second crane jib member (20) by an adjusting member (24) mounted on a third pivoting bearing (43).
  2. A transfer device (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the guide rod (18) is arranged above the first crane jib member (10) so as to extend parallel thereto and in that the second adjusting member (24) is arranged on the underside of the crane jib member (10; 20).
  3. A transfer device (100) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the three-point control member (40) is arranged perpendicularly to the second pivoting axis (22).
  4. A transfer device (100) according to claim 3, characterised in that the three-point control member (40) is formed as a triangular frame.
  5. A transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that
    - the distances between the pivoting bearings (32, 22) on the first crane jib member (10) and on the guide rod (18) are equal and in that
    - the distances between the pivoting bearings (31, 32) on the base member (30) and the bearing points (41, 42) on the three-point control member (40) are equal.
  6. A transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the base member (30) is mounted so as to be rotatable about a vertical rotation axis (35).
  7. A transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that at least one of the adjusting members (14; 24) is a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder.
  8. A transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that at least one of the adjusting members is a cable winch.
  9. A transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the first crane jib member (10) has a length of 6-12 m, especially 8 m.
  10. An offshore platform (200) for a wind energy plant with at least one foundation arranged in the water and a transfer device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
  11. An offshore platform (200) according to claim 10, characterised in that the base member (30) is mounted on a bracket (201).
  12. An offshore platform according to claim 11, characterised in that the bracket (201) is arranged at a height of 2 m above the highest expected water level.
  13. An offshore platform according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterised in that the first crane jib member (10) is securable in relation to the offshore platform (200) in the region of the second pivoting axis (22) by a coupling means (50).
