Claims (10)
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss, mit wenigstens einem Gesperre (1, 2) aus Drehfalle (1) und Sperrklinke (2), und mit wenigstens einem zwischen Sperrklinke (2) und Drehfalle (1) angeordneten Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) für das Gesperre (1, 2), welches zumindest beim Schließen des Gesperres (1, 2) Wirkung entfaltet und in diesem Zusammenhang die Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen Drehfalle (1) und Sperrklinke (2) reduziert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) randseitig wenigstens einer Anschlagfläche (5, 6) an der Drehfalle (1) und/oder der Sperrklinke (2) realisiert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) an der Sperrklinke (2) und/oder an der Drehfalle (1) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) aus Kunststoff und vorzugsweise einstückig mit einer Ummantelung (7, 8) für die Drehfalle (1) und/oder die Sperrklinke (2) hergestellt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) gegenüber der zugehörigen Anschlagfläche (5, 6) eine bestimmte Höhe (H) aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (H) zwischen 0,1 bis 1 mm, vorzugsweise ca. 0,5 mm, beträgt.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) im Querschnitt beispielsweise stegartig oder keilartig mit einer Breite (B) zwischen 1 und 10 mm, bevorzugt ca. 5 mm, ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vielzahl an Stoßdämpfungsmitteln (10, 11), beispielsweise eine Noppenreihe, eine Riffelung etc. realisiert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) an der Drehfalle (1) und der Sperrklinke (2) an übereinstimmenden oder gegenüberliegenden Randseiten der jeweiligen Anschlagfläche (5, 6) vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Stoßdämpfungsmittel (10, 11) komplementäre Querschnitte zum gegenseitigen Eingriff aufweisen.
- Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Anschlagfläche (5, 6) elastisch nachgebend ausgeführt ist.
