Claims (20)
- Rasierklingeneinheit mit einem Klingenträger (1) mit mindestens einer Rasierklinge (2) und mit einem Steckverbindungsteil (3) zur lösbaren Befestigung an einem Kupplungsteil (4) an einem Handgriff (5) eines Rasierapparates, wobei das Steckverbindungsteil(3) und der Klingenträger (1) über ein flexibles Verbindungsteil (6) miteinander verbunden sind und einteilig aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf, unter, ein- oder mehrseitig oder um das Verbindungsteil (6) eine zusätzliche federnde Kunststoffkomponente (7) aus einem anderen flexiblen Kunststoff derart das Steckverbindungsteil (3) und den Klingenträger (1) verbindend angeformt ist, dass das verstärkte Verbindungsteil (6) eine definierte Biege- und Federcharakteristik in mindestens zwei Achsenrichtungen (X,Y) aufweist und sich die flexible Kunststoffkomponente (7) in Folge über den Griff (5) ausgeübter Momente in mathematisch positiver Wirkungsrichtung in Bezug auf die Hauptberührungsebene (8) der Rasierklingeneinheit an der Rasurfläche dehnen und durch Momente in mathematisch negativer Wirkungsrichtung stauchen lässt und/oder in kinematischer Umkehr wirkend angebracht ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsteil (6) am Klingenträger (1) in der unteren Hälfte mittig, bezogen auf die Breite des Klingenträgers, ausgeformt vorgesehen und wesentlich schmaler ist als die Breite des Klingenträgers (1) und derart ausgeformt ist, dass die abgekehrte Hauptberührungsebene (8) mit aus der Ebene vorstehenden Rasierklinge (2) in einem definierten Winkel (α)zur Mittenachse des Handgriffes (5) verläuft.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckverbindungsteil (3) mit dem Klingenträger (1) über einen in alle Richtungen auslenkbaren Biegestab als Verbindungsteil (6) verbunden ist und dass der Biegestab von der flexiblen Kunststoffkomponente (7) mindestens einseitig umgeben ist und sich diese bis zum Ansatz (9) am Klingenträger (1) und dem Steckverbindungsteil (3) erstreckt und eine derartige Querschnittsform und Masse aufweist, dass eine federelastische Abbiegung der Rasierklingeneinheit gegenüber dem Handgriff (5) mindestens eine in Achsenebene (X) möglich ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federweg in seitlicher Richtung (Z) kürzer als in Vor-/Rückwärtsbewegungsrichtung (X, Y) ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klingenträger (1) mindestens einen Kanal (11) aufweist, der in mindestens einer quer verlaufenden Nut (12) an der Vorderseite des Klingenträgers (1) im Bereich der unteren Kante (10) mündet, und dass der Kunststoff der flexiblen Kunststoffkomponente (7) beim Aufbringen auf den Verbindungsteil (6) durch den Kanal (11) hindurch gespritzt ist und in der Nut (12) durch Formgebung eine flexible, profilierte Schaumkante bildet.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steckverbindungsteil (3) der Rasierklingeneinheit eine quadratische, rechteckförmige, polygone oder elliptische oder im Allgemeinen asymmetrische Lageröffnung (13) oder einen Lageransatz aufweist, die oder der mit dem formangepassten Kupplungsteil (4) am Handgriff (5) lösbar verbindbar ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Steckverbindungsteil (3) in einen einteilig angeformten Handgriff (5) übergeht.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Kupplungsteil (4) oder in der asymmetrischen Lagerungsöffnung (13) des Steckverbindungsteil (3) elastische Formfedern oder andere federnde Mittel (14) zur Bildung einer Steckverrastung im Zusammenwirken mit einer Ausnehmung am korrespondierenden Gegenstück sicherstellen und dass die Rastverbindung entweder durch erhöhte Abzugskräfte oder durch Entriegelung mittels eines auf die federnden Mittel (14) drückbaren Entriegelungsmittels wieder auflösbar ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Wand des Steckverbindungsteils (3) ein Rastdurchbruch (15) vorgesehen ist, in den ein federbelasteter Rastansatz als federndes Mittel (14) an dem Kupplungsteil (4) eingreift, der um ein definiertes Maß in das Kupplungsteil (4) eindrückbar bzw. zurückdrängbar ist und ein Abziehen des Verbindungsansatzes im niedergedrückten oder zurückgedrängten Zustand gestattet.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere federbelastete Rastansätze vorgesehen sind.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kupplungsteil (4) ein an den Handgriff (5) angeformter U-förmiger oder rahmenförmig ausgebildeter Ansatz ist, dessen eine Wand gegenüber der anderen gegenüberliegenden mindestens um ein definiertes Maß gegen die eigene Federkraft niederdrückbar ist, und dass an der Oberseite der niederdrückbaren Wand der Rastansatz angeformt ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beabstandet zum Rastansatz (14) am Handgriff in einem Durchbruch eine Entriegelungstaste gelagert ist oder ein Schiebeknopf (16) einer Schiebeentriegelungseinrichtung hinter dem Steckverbindungsteil (3) als Aufschubteil auf den Kupplungsteil (4)aufgeschoben ist, durch deren Betätigung die Wand oder der federnde Schenkel niederdrückbar ist bzw. der Steckverbindungsteil (3) vorschiebbar ist, wodurch der Rastansatz (14) aus der Ausnehmung (15) gleitet und das Steckverbindungsteils (3) abziehbar ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Rastverbindung durch mindestens eine elastische Noppe gebildet ist, die in eine Ausnehmung oder einen Durchbruch des Gegenstückes eingreift und so ausgebildet ist, dass durch erhöhte Abzugskräfte die Verbindung zwischen dem Kupplungsteil (4) des Handgriffs (5) und Steckverbindungsteil (3) lösbar ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schiebeweg des Schiebeknopfes (16) durch Führungsausnehmungen (18) in den Wänden des Kupplungsteils (4) begrenzt ist, in denen Anschläge (19) geführt sind.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klingenträger (1) Lagerungen für eine oder mehrere Klingen (2) und seitliche Führungs- und Begrenzungsrahmen (17) aufweist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klingenträger (1) aus zwei Gehäuseteilen besteht, die miteinander durch Rast-, Steck-, Schweiß- oder Klebeverbindungen verbunden sind, und dass die Klingen (2) unter Zwischenfügen von Distanzteilen, die nachträglich einsetzbar oder an den Gehäuseteilen vorgesehen sind, fixiert sind.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einteilig ausgeführt ist und das Gehäuse aus Kunststoff besteht und dass die Klingen in Distanzteilen gelagert sind, die durch seitliche oder kopfseitige Öffnungen in das Gehäuse rastend einschiebbar oder durch andere formschlüssige oder kraftschlüssige Verbindung in dem Gehäuse arretiert sind.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rasierklingen beabstandet zueinander in dem einteiligen Gehäuse im Spritzgießverfahren eingegossen sind.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der oberen Kante die Rasierklingeneinheit eine querverlaufende Gleitschicht oder ein aufgeklebter, eingespritzter oder eingesetzter Streifen (20) aus Gleitmaterial, mit oder ohne medizinischen Wirkstoffzusätzen, insbesondere antibakteriellen Stoffen, vorgesehen ist.
- Rasierklingeneinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kunststoffkomponente (7) als Griffverstärkungskomponente des Handgriffes (5) mindestens abschnittsweise diesen umschließt und mindestens seitliche Lagerausbuchtungen zum Festhalten des Handgriffes aufweist.
