Description
wobei
Diese große Bauweise hat zur Folge, daß die Heizmedium-Verteiler normalerweise nicht in das Gehäuse der Zuluftanlage eingebaut sondern auf dieses oder an dieses angesetzt werden müssen. Aus diesem Grunde müssen sie mit einer aufwendigen Wärmeisolierung versehen werden.

Claims (8)
- Heizmedium-Verteiler für eine mehrere Wärmetauscher umfassende Zuluftanlage mita) einer Vorlaufsammelleitung für das Heizmedium, von der für jeden Wärmetauscher ein Vorlauf-Anschlußstutzen abzweigt;b) einer Rücklaufsammelleitung für das Heizmedium, in welche für jeden Wärmetauscher ein Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen einmündet; wobeic) die Vorlauf- und die Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen so angeordnet sind, dass die Strömungswege des Heizmediums durch den Verteiler für alle Wärmetauscher gleich lang sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassd) er ein kastenartiges Gehäuse (2) aufweist, das durch eine Trennwand (3) in eine erste Strömungskammer (5), die als Vorlaufsammelleitung dient, und eine zweite Strömungskammer (6), die als Rücklaufsammelleitung dient, unterteilt ist. - Heizmedium-Verteiler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) durch zwei Trennwände (3, 4) in drei Strömungskammern (5, 6, 7) unterteilt ist, von denen die erste (5) als Vorlaufsammelleitung dient und die zweite (6) und die dritte (7) in einem Endbereich miteinander kommunizieren und gemeinsam als Rücklauf-Sammelleitung dienen.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) aus handelsüblichem Halbzeug zusammengesetzt ist.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) aus Stahlteilen zusammengeschweißt ist.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Vorlauf-Anschlußstutzen (10) und alle Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen (11) an der selben etwa parallel zur Trennwand (3) verlaufenden Seite (2a) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet sind und dass die Vorlauf-Anschlußstutzen (10) oder die Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen (11) die der fraglichen Seite (2a) des Gehäuses (2) benachbarte Strömungskammer (5) durchsetzen.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Vorlaufund alle Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen an einer etwa senkrecht zur Trennwand verlaufenden Seite des Gehäuses angeordnet, seitlich etwas gegeneinander versetzt sind und so direkt in die entsprechenden Strömungskammern münden.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorlauf-Anschlußstutzen (10) und/oder die Rücklauf-Anschlußstutzen (11) ein flexibles Schlauchstück (10a, 11a) umfassen.
- Heizmedium-Verteiler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) keine thermische Isolierung aufweist.
