Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zur Reinigung einer Pulverbeschichtungskabine,
mit einer ersten Luftblasleiste (9), die für den Boden (4) der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) vorgesehen ist,
mit einer zweiten Luftblasleiste (13), die für eine Seite (3) der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) vorgesehen ist, und
mit einem Absaugkanal (7), der einen Absaugschlitz (7.1) aufweist, um überschüssiges Pulver abzusaugen,
wobei die erste und die zweite Luftblasleiste (9, 13) vorgesehen sind, um überschüssiges Pulver in Richtung des Absaugschlitzes (7.1) zu blasen. - Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1,
mit einer dritten Luftblasleiste (14), die für eine zweite Seite (2) der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) vorgesehen ist, und

wobei die erste und die zweite Luftblasleiste (9, 13) vorgesehen sind, um überschüssiges Pulver in Richtung des Absaugschlitzes (7.1) zu blasen. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach Patentanspruch 13,
bei der der Absaugschlitz (7.1) sich zwischen der Seite (3) und dem Boden (4) der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) befindet. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach Patentanspruch 13 oder 14,
mit einem einen Absaugschlitz (8.1) aufweisenden zweiten Absaugkanal (8),
wobei der erste und der zweite Absaugkanal (7, 8) sich entlang der Längsseite der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) erstrecken. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 bis 15,
mit einer Schräge (5; 6), die den Übergang zwischen der Seite (3; 2) und dem Boden (4) bildet, und
bei der die zweite und/oder die dritte Luftblasleiste (13, 14) oberhalb der Schräge (5; 6) angeordnet ist. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach Patentanspruch 16,
bei der die Schräge (5; 6) im unteren Bereich eine Abkantung aufweist, wobei die durch die Abkantung gebildete Fläche (5.2'; 6.2') mit dem Boden (4) einen spitzen Winkel einschließt. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach Patentanspruch 16 oder 17,
bei der die Düsen (17) der zweiten und/oder der dritten Luftblasleiste (13, 14) derart ausgerichtet sind, dass der durch die Düsen (17) erzeugbare Luftstrom im wesentlichen parallel zur Schräge (5, 6) ausgerichtet ist. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 bis 18,
bei der die erste Luftblasleiste (9) in der Mitte des Bodens der Pulverbeschichtungskabine angeordnet ist. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 bis 19,
bei der die zweite Luftblasleiste (13) in eine Seitenwand (3) der Pulverbeschichtungskabine (1) integriert ist und mit dieser eine ebene Fläche bildet. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 bis 20,
die derart ausgebildet ist, dass der durch die Düsen (17, 27) erzeugte Luftstrom kleiner als der abgesaugte Luftstrom ist. - Pulverbeschichtungskabine nach einem der Patentansprüche 13 bis 21,
bei der der erste und/oder der zweite Absaugkanal (7, 8) aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Edelstahl, ist.
