- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe partielle agrandie suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 4 est une vue agrandie en perspective et éclatée du dispositif d'obturation de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 5 est une vue agrandie en perspective en coupe avec arrachement partiel de la partie cerclée en V de la figure 1 ; et
- la figure 6 est une vue agrandie en perspective avec coupe partielle suivant la ligne VI-VI de la figure 1.
Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'obturation étanche à l'eau d'une ouverture, telle que regard de chaussée, comprenant un cadre (1) bordant l'ouverture et dont les côtés présentent en section transversale une forme en L, au moins deux tampons amovibles adjacents (4) de fermeture du cadre (1) reposant chacun sur les ailettes horizontales (2) des côtés du cadre (1) par l'intermédiaire de parois verticales (5) solidaires de la face interne du tampon (4) en formant elles-mêmes un cadre, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un joint périphérique d'étanchéité (8) en matériau élastomère disposé sur les ailettes horizontales (2) du cadre (1) bordant l'ouverture à proximité des ailettes verticales (3) de ce cadre et sur lequel sont en appui les extrémités inférieures des parois verticales correspondantes (5) de chaque tampon (4), et un joint d'étanchéité cylindrique (9) en matériau élastomère monté précontraint radialement entre les deux parois verticales (5) en regard l'une de l'autre des deux tampons adjacents (4) tout le long de ces parois, les faces inférieures d'extrémités (9a) du joint cylindrique (9) étant chacune en appui étanche sur au moins un joint en matériau élastomère (12) disposé sur l'ailette horizontale correspondante (2) du cadre (1) et situé au même niveau que le joint périphérique (8) sur lequel sont en appui les deux parois verticales (5) situées d'un même côté respectivement des deux tampons adjacents.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque joint (12) d'appui du joint cylindrique (9) contacte jointivement la partie correspondante du bord libre du joint périphérique (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le joint cylindrique (9) est fixé à l'une des parois verticales (5) de l'un des tampons (4) située en regard de la paroi verticale (5) de l'autre tampon (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque extrémité du joint cylindrique (9) est en appui sur la face interne de la paroi verticale (5) du tampon (4) en appui sur le joint périphérique (8) du cadre (1) bordant l'ouverture de manière que la face inférieure d'extrémité correspondante (9a) du joint cylindrique (9) soit également en appui sur une partie du joint périphérique (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure (9a) du joint cylindrique (9) est plane et déborde de l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi verticale (5) du tampon (4) à laquelle ce joint est fixé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le joint cylindrique (9) est réalisé en une seule pièce avec une plaque en matériau élastomère (10) de manière que cet ensemble présente en section transversale approximativement la forme d'une note de musique et en ce que le joint cylindrique (9) est fixé à la paroi verticale (5) du tampon (4) par une barre plane (11) vissée à cette paroi de manière à enserrer la plaque (10) du joint cylindrique (9) entre la paroi verticale (5) et la barre plane (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint périphérique (8) et les joints (12) d'appui des faces inférieures d'extrémités (9a) du joint cylindrique (9) sont à section rectangulaire, carrée ou circulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure de la paroi verticale (5) du tampon (4) située en regard de la paroi verticale (5) de l'autre tampon (4) comportant le joint cylindrique (9), est biseautée de manière à comprimer radialement le joint cylindrique (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les tampons (4) sont fixés au cadre (1) bordant l'ouverture par des boulons de fixation (6) traversant les ailettes horizontales (2) et dont les têtes (6c) sont noyées dans les tampons (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les parois verticales (5) de chaque tampon (4) en appui sur le joint périphérique (8), présentent en section transversale une forme en T renversé dont la branche transversale (5a) est en appui sur le joint périphérique (8), la portion de branche transversale (5a) de chaque paroi (5) du tampon (4) comportant le joint cylindrique (9) et située en regard de l'extrémité correspondante de ce joint étant découpée pour permettre à cette extrémité d'être en appui sur ces paroi (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint périphérique (8) et chaque joint (12) d'appui des faces inférieures d'extrémités (9a) du joint cylindrique (9) sont fixés sur les ailettes horizontales (2) du cadre (1) bordant l'ouverture, par exemple par collage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'il comporte au moins trois tampons adjacents de fermeture (4), le tampon central (4) comprend à chacune de ses parois verticales opposées (5) en regard des parois verticales (5) des deux tampons adjacents (4), un joint cylindrique (9) assurant l'étanchéité entre les parois verticales adjacentes (5) et chaque tampon d'extrémité (4) est en appui sur le joint périphérique (8) par ses trois autres parois verticales (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque tampon (4) est constitué d'une plaque rectangulaire métallique, par exemple en acier galvanisé, en acier inoxydable ou en aluminium.
