Claims (17)
- Fördertrommel (10) für Artikel der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie (15) mit einem Hubmittel (20) für längsaxial zueinander ausgerichtete und in wenigstens einer Reihe queraxial der Fördertrommel (10) zugeförderte Artikel (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Hubmittel (20) ein Kurvengetriebe (20) mit einem einstellbaren Hub vorgesehen ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kurvengetriebe (20) mittels eines Kurvenkörpers (23), eines Hebelarms (22) und eines mit dem Hebelarm (23) verbundenen Schiebeelements (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kurvengetriebe (20) mit wenigstens einem Hubänderungsmittel (22) versehen ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hubänderungsmittel (22) mittels wenigstens eines Hebelarms (22) ausgebildet ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Hebellänge (a, b) des Hebelarms (22) veränderbar ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einstellmittel (30) für das Hubänderungsmittel (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einstellmittel (30) als Einstellring (30) ausgebildet ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelarm (22) bewegbar gelagert ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelarm (22) mittels wenigstens eines Rollelements (24, 25), insbesondere einer Stützrolle (24), bewegbar gelagert ist und/oder mittels wenigstens eines weiteren Rollenelements, insbesondere einer Kurvenrolle (25), antreibbar ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebelarm (22) mit dem Schiebeelement (21) drehbar verbunden ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse des Rollelements (24, 25), insbesondere einer Stützrolle (24) oder einer Kurvenrolle (25), axialparallel zur Drehachse des Hebelarms (22) geführt ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kompensationseinrichtung (31, 32, 33; 35) für die Drehachse des Rollelements (24), insbesondere Stützrolle (24), vorgesehen ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompensationseinrichtung (31, 32, 33; 35) mittels einer Führungseinrichtung (31, 32, 33) oder eines Koppelgetriebes (35) ausgebildet ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeelement (21) mit einem Segment (14) für Aufnahmen der Artikel (15) verbunden ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schiebeelement (21) mit längsaxialem Druck, insbesondere mittels einer Druckfeder, beaufschlagt ist.
- Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördertrommel (10) als Schiebetrommel oder Spreiztrommel ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit wenigstens einer Fördertrommel (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16.
