Claims (28)
- Notentriegelungsvorrichtung für (4) einen Gebäudeabschlussantrieb (2) zum Abkuppeln eines motorisch angetriebenen Gebäudeabschlusses von einer Motorantriebsaggregatseinheit (6, 9) in Störfällen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Sicherungseinrichtung (24), die die Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) gegen eine unbeabsichtigte oder unbefugte Betätigung sichert. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (24) nur unter Werkzeugeinsatz, unter Einsatz eines Schlüssels, oder unter Zerstörung lösbar und/oder zum Lösen zugänglich ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in jeder Stellung des Gebäudeabschlusses betätigbar ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine mechanische Betätigungseinrichtung (14), die zur Betätigung der Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) manuell bewegbar ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Verbindungs- und Übertragungseinrichtung (16), die eine Betätigungseinrichtung (14) mit einer Kupplungseinrichtung (11), welche den Gebäudeabschluss mit der Motorantriebsaggregatseinheit (6/9) lösbar kuppelt, verbindet und eine Bewegung der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) zum Lösen der Kupplungseinrichtung (11) auf diese überträgt. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (24)die Bewegbarkeit der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) sperrt oder/undden Zugang zu der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) sperrt oder/unddie Verbindungs- und/oder Übertragungseinrichtung (16) sperrt oder unterbricht. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) eine Halterung (20) aufweist, mittels der sie in einem von einer Bedienperson gut erreichbaren Bereich ortsfest befestigbar ist, und ein gegenüber der Halterung (20) bewegliches Handbetätigungsorgan (22) aufweist, durch dessen Bewegung die Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) betätigbar ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7und Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungseinrichtung (24) ein Sperrglied (58) aufweist, das die Bewegung oder die Zugänglichkeit des Handbetätigungsorgans (22) sperrt und nur mittels Werkzeugeinsatz, Schlüsseleinsatz oder/und eigener Zerstörung freigibt. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrglied einen Schraub-Befestiger, insbesondere eine Schraube, mehr insbesondere eine Sechskantschraube (58) ist oder aufweist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in eine Normalbetriebsstellung, in der der Gebäudeabschluss mit der Motorantriebaggregatseinheit (9/6) gekuppelt ist, mechanisch vorgespannt ist und durch die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) entgegen die Vorspannkraft betätigbar ist. - Notentriegelungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragungs- und Verbindungseinrichtung (16) eine Federeinheit (27) zum Vorspannen der Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) in die Normalbetriebsstellung aufweist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Festhalteeinrichtung (38), mittels der die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) entgegen der Vorspannung in einer Betätigungsstellung fixierbar ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (14) einen Zuggriff (22) als Handbetätigungsorgan aufweist, der mit einem Zugmittel (32) der Übertragungs- und Verbindungseinrichtung (16) verbunden ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrglied eine Schraube (58) ist, die das Handbetätigungsorgan (22) an der Halterung (20) der Betätigungseinrichtung (14) festlegt. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Handbetätigungsorgan (22) und/oder die Halterung (20) mit einem Gewinde oder einem Klemmbereich zur Aufnahme der als Sperrglied wirkenden Schraube (58) versehen ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 15, soweit auf Anspruch 5 zurückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kupplungseinrichtung (11) in einem Getriebemotorgehäuse (8, 7) eines Wellentorantriebes (2) angeordnet ist und ein selbsthemmendes Getriebe (9) des Wellentorantriebes (2) mit einer Abtriebswelle (10) des Wellentorantriebes (2) kuppelt. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17, soweit auf Anspruch 5 zurückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragungs- und Verbindungseinrichtung (16) einen Bowdenzug (26) mit einem in einer Umhüllung (34) geführten Zugmittel (32) aufweist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federeinheit (27) an einem Ende des Bowdenzuges (26) vorgesehen ist und das Zugmittel (32) gegenüber der Umhüllung (34) vorspannt. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und Anspruch 12 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, soweit auf Anspruch 7 und 12 zurückbezogen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (20) ein ortsfest zu befestigendes Befestigungselement (40) und die Festhalteeinrichtung (38) aufweist, die an dem Befestigungselement (40) in wählbar einstellbarer Anordnung befestigt ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 19 und Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Festhalteeinrichtung (38) ein U-förmiges Halteelement (41) mit zwei Schenkeln (42, 43) und einem Steg (44) dazwischen aufweist, wobei der eine Schenkel (42) eine erste Aufnahmeeinrichtung (46) für den Bowdenzug hat und der andere Schenkel (43) eine zweite Aufnahmeeinrichtung (46) hat, in der das in Betätigungsstellung überführte Handbetätigungsorgan (22) fixierbar ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 und 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steg (44) des Halteelements (41) und das Befestigungselement (40) relativ zueinander verschiebbar in Eingriff miteinander sind und mittels eines Befestigers (54) zueinander fixierbar sind. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21 und Anspruch 9 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestiger (54) ein Zwischenelement, insbesondere eine Hülse (56), mit zwei Gewindeöffnungen aufweist, in deren eine eine Fixierschraube (55), die das Halteelement (41) und das Befestigungselement (40) zueinander fixiert, aufgenommen ist und in deren andere die als Sicherungsglied der Sicherungseinrichtung (24) wirkende Schraube (58) aufgenommen ist, um das Handbetätigungsorgan (22) an dem Zwischenelement (56) zu befestigen. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (20) wahlweise für eine Links-Montage, in der sie von der linken Seite aus zugänglich ist, oder für eine Rechts-Montage, in der sie von der rechten Seite aus zugänglich ist, an einer vertikalen Gebäude- oder Geländeöffnungsberandung oder an einer Wandecke geeignet ist. - Notentriegelung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (41) der Halterung (20) symmetrisch zu einer quer zu seiner Längserstreckung verlaufenden Mittellinie ausgebildet ist. - Notentriegelungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (40) der Halterung (20) ein Winkelstück (48) mit drei im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufenden Wandungen (49 - 51) ist, wobei an zwei der drei Übergangskanten zwischen den Wandungen (49 - 51) eine Öffnung (53) zum wahlweisen Hindurchführen des Halteelements (41) gebildet ist und wobei an zweien (49, 50) der Wandungen (49-51) zwei Öffnungen (52) ausgebildet sind, die wahlweise für eine Wandbefestigung oder für eine Fixierung eines Sicherungsgliedes (58) der Sicherungseinrichtung (24) dienen, und an der dritten Wandung (51) wenigstens eine Öffnung (80) zur Festlegung der Verbindungs- und Übertragungseinrichtung (16) vorgesehen ist. - Gebäudeabschlussantrieb (2) zum Antreiben eines Gebäude- oder Geländeabschlusses, gekennzeichnet durch eine Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche.
- Gebäudeabschlussantrieb nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er als Wellentorantrieb (2) zum Anschließen an eine getrieblich mit einem Torblatt verbundene Torwelle ausgebildet ist und einen Motor (6), ein daran angeschlossenes selbsthemmendes Getriebe (9) als Motorantriebsaggregateinheit, eine Abtriebswelle (10) und eine zwischen die Abtriebswelle (10) und das Getriebe (9) geschaltete, mittels eines Kupplungshebels (12) lösbare Kupplungseinrichtung (11) aufweist. - Über-Kopf-Tor mit einem durch einen Torantrieb (2) motorisch antreibbaren über Kopf beweglichen Torblatt,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Notentriegelungsvorrichtung (4) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche bzw. einen als Torantrieb (2) ausgebildeten Gebäudeabschlussantrieb nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche.
