Each part 24a, 24b of the support has a shape which is substantially U-shaped whose opening corresponds substantially to the external dimension of the neck 4 of bottle 2, in order to receive it tightly.
These parts 24a, 24b of the support are arranged substantially opposite, spade head, in order to hold the neck of the bottle between them.
the outer surface of the neck 4 of the bottle 2 ends at a free end with an outer edge 5 extending peripherally around the neck and against which the support 24 comes substantially in support.
the sleeve 16 has an outer section 16b corresponding substantially to the orifice of dispensing 6 of the bottle.

It incorporates a plug 28 closing the interior passage 16a of the sleeve 16 when the cap is in closed position.
each part 12a, 12b of the body 12 has a wide opening 30a, 30b into which a corresponding projecting part is inserted 32a, 32b of the bottle allowing the volume of the bottle to be increased for a given bulk of the device and see the level of fluid remaining in the bottle when it is transparent.
