Claims (33)

  1. Dispositif d'identification (10), comprenant :
    un substrat (11), une région de métal discontinue (14) et un transpondeur radiofréquence, RF (34) comprenant une puce RF (31) et une antenne (22) en communication électrique avec la puce RF ;
    caractérisé en ce que la région de métal (14) est une couche métallisée (12 ; 16, 17) formée sur un côté du substrat qui est une couche de base (11), la couche métallisée étant discontinue afin de permettre au transpondeur RF de transmettre et de recevoir une RF, et constituée par une région (17) comprenant l'antenne (22) et une région adjacente discrète (16), qui est un champ d'image.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la région adjacente (16) est un champ d'image rétroréfléchissant.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la région adjacente (16) est un champ d'image holographique.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel la région adjacente (73) est réticulée (75) de sorte à être constituée de lignes ou bandes de champs non métalliques (76) alternant avec des champs métalliques (77).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une première partie de l'antenne (22) se trouve sur ledit au moins un côté de la couche de base (11), et une seconde partie de l'antenne (23, 24) se trouve sur le côté opposé de la couche de base, et dans lequel la première partie de l'antenne est connectée électriquement à la seconde partie de l'antenne.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, comprenant une autre couche métallisée (45) formée sur le côté opposé de la couche de base (11 ; 41), sur laquelle autre couche métallisée est formée une autre antenne (49) qui est connectée électriquement à ladite seconde partie de ladite antenne (22).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche métallisée (12) comprend un élément de commutation électronique.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche métallisée (12) comprend un condensateur (70).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la région adjacente comprend une pluralité de régions holographiques isolées électriquement.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche de base (11) est une couche conductrice électriquement.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel une couche d'isolation est formée sur la couche de base (11).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la puce radiofréquence, RF (31) est montée sur la couche d'isolation.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle la couche de base (11) comprend une région en retrait (32), et dans lequel la couche d'isolation est formée dans la région en retrait.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif est choisi dans le groupe comprenant une décalcomanie, une plaque d'immatriculation et une carte d'identité.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche métallisée (12) comprend un motif de quadrillage.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, dans lequel les carrés dans le motif de quadrillage ont une longueur d'environ 5 mm ou moins.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, dans lequel les carrés dans le motif de quadrillage ont une longueur d'environ 3 mm ou moins.
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la couche métallisée (12) est disposée directement sur la surface de la couche de base (11).
  19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche métallisée (12) comprend au moins un métal choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'aluminium, les alliages d'aluminium, le nickel, l'argent et le cuivre.
  20. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'antenne (20) comprend au moins un métal choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'aluminium, l'alliage d'aluminium, le nickel, l'argent et le cuivre.
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 20, dans lequel l'antenne (22) comprend un métal amorphe.
  22. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'épaisseur de l'antenne (22) est entre environ 0,5 et 3 microns.
  23. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'épaisseur de la couche de base (11) est entre environ 5 et 3000 microns.
  24. Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon la revendication 1, consistant à former la couche métallisée discontinue (12) sur la couche de base (11), à former l'antenne (22) dans la couche métallisée, et à monter la puce RF (31) sur la couche de base.
  25. Procédé selon la revendication 24, dans lequel la puce radiofréquence (31) est montée sur le même côté de la couche de base (11) que la couche métallisée (12).
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25, consistant en outre à :
    former une région en retrait (32) dans la couche de base (11) ; et
    former une couche d'isolation dans la région en retrait ;
    dans lequel la puce radiofréquence (31) est montée sur la couche d'isolation.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 26, dans lequel l'antenne 22 est formée sur le dessus de la région en retrait.
  28. Procédé selon la revendication 26, dans lequel la couche d'isolation comprend un composite de ferrite.
  29. Procédé selon la revendication 24, consistant à surimprimer une conception d'image sur la surface de ladite région adjacente (16).
  30. Procédé selon la revendication 24, dans lequel la formation de ladite couche métallisée (12) consiste à former un champ d'image en tant que région adjacente (16), à transférer une solution de gravure de métal sur les parties d'une surface exposée d'une couche métallisée continue en utilisant un processus d'impression ;
    permettre à la solution de gravure de réagir avec le métal de la couche métallisée ; et
    laver la surface exposée de la couche métallisée.
  31. Procédé selon la revendication 30, dans lequel la solution de gravure de métal est transférée à la surface exposée de la couche métallisée sous la forme d'une pluralité de lignes disposées selon un motif de quadrillage.
  32. Procédé selon la revendication 31, dans lequel les lignes sont espacées d'environ 5 mm ou moins.
  33. Procédé selon la revendication 31, dans lequel les lignes sont espacées d'environ 3 mm ou moins.
