Description
- une unité de blanchet comprenant un blanchet et une plaque de support du blanchet, les bords avant et arrière de la plaque de support étant repliés respectivement au niveau d'un pli avant et d'un pli arrière, le bord arrière de la plaque de support faisant saillie au-delà du bord arrière du blanchet qui est situé au voisinage du pli arrière, et
- un cylindre présentant une fente de réception des bords avant et arrière de la plaque de support, le cylindre comprenant un dispositif de fixation de l'unité de blanchet sur le cylindre, le dispositif de fixation comprenant au moins un crochet de tension de l'unité de blanchet, le crochet étant destiné à être reçu dans une ouverture du bord arrière de la plaque de support inséré dans la fente, pour exercer sur la plaque de support un effort de traction sensiblement parallèle à son bord arrière.
- l'ouverture est ménagée dans une région du bord arrière de la plaque de support formant un angle non nul avec le bord avant de la plaque de support,
- le crochet comprend une lame élastique,
- l'ensemble comprend des moyens d'application du bord avant de la plaque de support contre la paroi avant de la fente, ces moyens d'application étant distincts du crochet,

- le bord arrière de la plaque de support est lui-même plié au niveau d'un pli intermédiaire délimitant une région d'extrémité dans laquelle l'ouverture de réception du crochet est ménagée, et une région intermédiaire destinée à s'appuyer contre le bord avant de la plaque de support et formant ainsi les moyens d'application,
- la fente a une largeur à proximité de la surface périphérique du cylindre inférieure à 1,5mm,
- ladite largeur de la fente est inférieure à 1,1 mm,
- les parois avant et arrière de la fente forment, depuis la surface périphérique du cylindre, un angle inférieur à 20°,
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique latérale d'un ensemble selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique, partielle, agrandie et en coupe transversale illustrant le dispositif de fixation de l'unité de blanchet de l'ensemble de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle, schématique de dessus illustrant une partie de la broche du dispositif de fixation de la figure 2,
- la figure 4 est une vue partielle schématique illustrant le bord arrière de la plaque de support de l'unité de blanchet,

Claims (16)
- Ensemble (1 ) pour presse offset, du type comprenant :une unité de blanchet (3) comprenant un blanchet (64) et une plaque (62) de support du blanchet, les bords avant (66) et arrière (72) de la plaque de support (62) étant repliés respectivement au niveau d'un pli avant (70) et d'un pli arrière (76), le bord arrière (72) de la plaque de support (62) faisant saillie au-delà du bord arrière (74) du blanchet qui est situé au voisinage du pli arrière (76), etun cylindre (2) présentant une fente (14) de réception des bords avant et arrière de la plaque de support (62), le cylindre (2) comprenant un dispositif (28) de fixation de l'unité de blanchet (3) sur le cylindre, le dispositif de fixation (28) comprenant au moins un crochet (30) de tension de l'unité de blanchet, le crochet (30) étant destiné à être reçu dans une ouverture (80) du bord arrière (72) de la plaque de support (62) inséré dans la fente, pour exercer sur la plaque de support (62) un effort de traction sensiblement parallèle à son bord arrière (72),
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (80) est ménagée dans une région du bord arrière (72) de la plaque de support (62) formant un angle (α) non nul avec le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support (62).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (30) comprend une lame élastique.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (82) d'application du bord avant (66) de la plaque de support (62) contre la paroi avant (16) de la fente (14), ces moyens (82) d'application étant distincts du crochet (30).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (82) d'application comprennent au moins un élément d'appui (32) sur le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support (62), l'élément d'appui (32) appartenant au dispositif (26) de fixation et étant distinct de la plaque de support (62).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (32) passe, pour venir s'appuyer sur le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support (62), au travers de l'ouverture (80) recevant le crochet (30).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui (32) comprend une lame élastique.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le bord arrière (72) de la plaque de support est lui-même plié au niveau d'un pli intermédiaire (84) délimitant une région d'extrémité (86) dans laquelle l'ouverture (80) de réception du crochet (30) est ménagée, et une région intermédiaire (86) destinée à s'appuyer contre le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support et formant ainsi les moyens (82) d'application.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la fente (14) a une largeur (l) à proximité de la surface périphérique du cylindre inférieure à 1,5mm.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite largeur (l) de la fente est inférieure à 1,1mm.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois avant (16) et arrière (20) de la fente (14) forment, depuis la surface périphérique du cylindre (2), un angle (α) inférieur à 20°.
- Cylindre pour un ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Cylindre selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (28) comprend au moins un élément (32) d'appui sur le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support (62) pour l'appliquer contre la paroi avant (16) de la fente (14), l'élément d'appui (32) étant distinct du crochet (32).
- Unité de blanchet pour un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Unité de blanchet selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le bord arrière (72) de la plaque de support (62) est lui-même plié au niveau d'un pli intermédiaire (84) délimitant une région d'extrémité (86) dans laquelle l'ouverture (80) de réception du crochet (30) est ménagée, et une région intermédiaire (86) destinée à s'appuyer contre le bord avant (66) de la plaque de support pour l'appliquer contre la paroi avant (16) de la fente (14).
- Presse offset, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11.
