Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Filterelementen (8) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere für Multisegmentfilter, aus einem ersten Filterteil (1) und wenigstens einem zweiten Filterteil (2), gekennzeichnet durch die Verfahrensschritte:Anordnen eines Hülsenelements (5) im ersten Filterteil (1),Einbringen des zweiten Filterteils (2) in das erste Filterteil (1) undHerausziehen des Hülsenelements (5).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor Anordnen des Hülsenelements (5) das Material des ersten Filterteils (1) verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material des ersten Filterteils (1) mittels eines Dornelements (3) verdichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dornelement (3) mit Ultraschall beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dornelement (3) eine reibungsarme Oberfläche, vorzugsweise eine keramische Beschichtung oder einen galvanischen Chrom-Überzug, aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dornelement (3) das erste Filterteil, vorzugsweise rotierend, durchdringt und in Kontakt mit dem Hülsenelement (5) gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hülsenelement (5) unter Kontakt mit dem Dornelement (3) in das Filterteil (1) eingeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Filterteil (2) im Hülsenelement (5) angeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Filterteil (1), insbesondere vor Verdichten des Materials des ersten Filterteils (1), fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Herausziehen des Hülsenelements (5) die Fixierung des Filterelements (8) gelöst wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Entfernen des Hülsenelements (5) das Filterelement (8) an ein Fördermittel, insbesondere Fördertrommel (23), übergeben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verfahrensschritte auf einer Fördertrommel (18), insbesondere eines Filtermoduls (10) einer Maschine zur Herstellung von Filterstäben, vorzugsweise Multisegmentfiltern, ausgeführt werden.
- Einrichtung zum Herstellen von Filterelementen (8) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere für Multisegmentfilter, mit einem ersten Filterteil (1) und wenigstens einem zweiten Filterteil (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Hülsenelement (5) zur Ausbildung eines Hohlraums im ersten Filterelement (1) und zum Einbringen des zweiten Filterteils (2) in das erste Filterteil (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hülsenelement (5) mit einer Aufnahme (36) für das zweite Filterteil (2) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dornelement (3) zur Verdichtung des Materials des ersten Filterteils (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hülsenelement (5) und das Dornelement (3) miteinander in Kontakt bringbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dornelement (3) mit Ultraschall beaufschlagbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dornelement eine reibungsarme Oberfläche, vorzugsweise eine keramische Beschichtung oder einen galvanischen Chrom-Überzug, aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Fixierungselement (4) für das erste Filterteil (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung als Fördermittel (18), insbesondere Fördertrommel (18), vorzugsweise eines Moduls zur Herstellung von Filterelementen (8), ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine zur Herstellung von Filtern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, insbesondere Multisegmentfilter, mit einer Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 13 bis 20.
