Description

Un panneau selon le préambule de la revendication 1 est connu du document DE-A-2349402 .The present invention relates to a partitioning panel for use in the construction of buildings and in particular livestock buildings, sanitary premises, technical or craft. A sign according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from the document DE-A-2349402 .

Such panels allow the rapid rise of building partitions. Some of these panels have a load-bearing structure to support the load when used as a load-bearing partition and also have thermal and / or sound insulation properties.

A classic example of construction of a panel having these characteristics consists of a carrier structure covered on its main faces with an insulating material which should be fixed to the supporting structure by mechanical means, for example clips.

Such panels, in addition to their thicknesses and their consequent masses, have the disadvantage of allowing the transfer of calories by thermal bridge between its two main faces.

It is known from reading the document DE-A-23 49 402 , a concrete carrier panel for forming an exterior wall, and a method of manufacturing the same. The panel (1) consists of a frame (2) reinforced by the presence of vertical uprights (4) which thus delimit recesses (3) in the panel. These recesses (3) are filled with a material (5) insulating from a thermal point of view, such as mineral wool.

A cover plate (7) is placed on one of the main faces of the panel and rests on strips of insulating material (9) (cellular plastic material, mineral wool) covering the frame and the vertical uprights. An air gap may be provided between the insulating material of each recess and the cover plate (7) to provide additional thermal insulation. The cover plate (7) is manufactured in a plasterboard, a fiber cement sheet to form a wall facing. To manufacture the carrier panel, the cover plate (7) is deposited on a horizontal plane support by enclosing it with shuttering elements (12). Insulating material strips (9) (cellular plastic material, mineral wool) are deposited on the cover plate (7), followed by a thermally insulating material (5), such as mineral wool, between said bands. The concrete is then poured to form the frame (2) the vertical uprights (4) delimiting recesses (3) covering the insulating material (5). The cover plate (7) is fixed by mechanical fixing means on the vertical uprights (4) during the pouring of the concrete.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a partitioning panel for use in the construction of buildings that allows to suppress the transfer of calories by thermal bridge between its two main faces.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the assembly means consist, on the one hand, of bolts respectively mounted in recesses made in the upper end field of said partition panel and, on the other hand, of a flange for attachment to the bolts of two partitioning panels juxtaposed.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the lateral fields of the supporting structure of the partition panel are provided respectively with positioning means complementary to one another allowing the positioning of two partition panels in the same plane when they are juxtaposed.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the positioning means consist respectively of a tenon and a mortise.

The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being given in relation to the attached drawings, among which:
  • the Fig. 1 represents an exploded view of a partition panel according to the invention,
  • the Fig. 2a represents a sectional view in a median plane of a partitioning panel according to the invention,
  • the Fig. 2b represents a sectional view of a detail of a partitioning panel according to the invention, and
  • the Fig. 3 represents a front view of two partition panels during assembly according to the invention, and
  • the Fig. 4 represents a top view of an alternative embodiment of two partition panels during assembly according to the invention.

The partition board shown at Fig. 1 comprises a support structure 100 consisting of a preferably closed frame 102 provided with at least one recess 110. Two recesses 110a and 110b are shown in this FIG. Advantageously, the supporting structure 100 is made of reinforced concrete.

1 et 3.The partitioning panel comprises assembly means 130 arranged in a median plane thereof to allow the assembly of two juxtaposed panels to one another. Advantageously, the upper end field 120a of the partition panel comprises at each of its ends a recess 122a or 122b. The assembly means 130, such as bolts 130a and 130b are respectively mounted in the recesses 122a and 122b as shown in FIGS. Figs. 1 and 3 .

The assembly means 130 further comprise a flange 140 which must be fixed to the bolts 130a and 130b of two partitioning panels juxtaposed to assemble them to one another, as shown in FIG. Fig. 3 .

The lower end field 124b has a recess 124 visible to the Figs. 1 and 3 likely to incorporate a binder to secure the partition panel with the structure of a building under construction.

In another embodiment shown in Fig. 4 the lateral fields 160a and 160b of the supporting structure 100 are provided respectively with positioning means 162a and 162b, advantageously complementary, such as a pin 162a and a mortise 162b. These positioning means 162a and 162b thus allow the positioning of two partition panels in the same plane when they are juxtaposed. Again, the interstices possibly existing between two partitioning panels juxtaposed can be closed by strips of material 310 of the same nature as the trim plates 300 and should be glued.

Avantageusement, l'épaisseur du panneau 210 est supérieure ou égale à 20 mm.To the Fig. 1 , the partition panel also comprises thermal insulation means 200 advantageously made of expanded polystyrene. These thermal insulation means 200 may also be made of extruded polystyrene or polyurethane. The thermal insulation means 200 consist, on the one hand, of at least one panel 210 able to cover respectively one of the main faces 150a or 150b of the supporting structure 100 and, on the other hand, of minus one protrusion 220 intended to be housed in respectively a recess 110, as appears in FIG. Fig. 2a . Thus, the partition panel does not incorporate a thermal bridge capable of accelerating the transfer of calories between its two main faces. Advantageously, the thickness of the panel 210 is greater than or equal to 20 mm.

In a preferred method of manufacture represented at Fig. 2a , the thermal insulation means 200 consist of a panel 210 comprising two protuberances 220a and 220b. The panel 210 is disposed against one of the main faces, in this case the main face 150a and the protuberances are mounted in respectively in the two recesses 110a and 110b. Each thermal insulation means 200 is fixed to the support structure 100 by gluing, for example using a polyurethane glue.

In an alternative form of construction not shown, panels 210 are respectively disposed against the main faces 150a and 150b of the carrier structure and the protrusion or protrusions 220 are associated with one or other of the panels 210.

A la Fig. 1, le panneau de cloisonnement comprend encore des plaques d'habillage 300a et 300b destinées à recouvrir respectivement les faces principales 150a et 150b.To the Fig. 1 , the partition panel further comprises cladding plates 300a and 300b for covering respectively the main faces 150a and 150b.

To the Fig. 2b , the cladding plates 300a and 300b are glued respectively on the outer face of the panel 210 and on a main face 150a or 150b (in this case the main face 150b) of the supporting structure 100, as well as on the visible walls of the protuberances 220. The glue used is preferably polyurethane glue.

It will be understood that when the thermal insulation means 200 comprise panels 210 covering the main faces 150a and 150b, the covering plates 300a and 300b are respectively bonded to the outer faces of said panels 210.

The covering plates 300a and 300b are advantageously laminated panels, galvanized steel sheet or lacquered sheet, stainless steel, PVC, plywood or even cellulosic sheets.

Thus, the walls of a building formed by the partition panels of the invention are smooth, waterproof and therefore, are easily washable and do not hold dust. This results in a significant decrease in the consumption of water required for washing them.

The manufacture of the partition panels of the invention is carried out as follows. Concrete is poured into a reversible metal mold in which is previously disposed reinforcement scrap, then the mold is vibrated on a vibrating table, to form the carrier structure 100 of reinforced concrete. The carrier structure 100 is then removed from the mold and stored for the time to reach complete drying.

The thermal insulation means 200 are made from panels of material which should be shaped, preferably by cutting or are manufactured by molding to obtain the panel or panels 210 provided with their protuberances 220.

The thermal insulation means 200 are then glued on the main face (s) 150 and in the recesses 110. The cladding plates 300 are then glued respectively to the outer face of the panel (s) 210 and / or a main face 150a, 150b of the supporting structure 100.

  • 2 600 mm x 653 mm x 100 mm
  • 2440 mm x 613 mm x 100 mm
  • 2 800 mm x 653 mm x 100 mm
The conventional dimensions of a partition panel of the invention are typically as follows:
  • 2,600 mm x 653 mm x 100 mm

Two partition panels during elevation and assembly are shown at Fig. 3 to participate in the formation of a partition of a building.

A first partition panel is erected vertically on a slab of a building at the location of the partition to be built, a binder is brought into the recess 124 to secure the partition panel with the slab. A second panel is positioned juxtaposed to the first, and is secured to the slab in the same manner as the first partition panel. A flange 140 is then mounted and clamped to the bolts 130a and 130b of the two juxtaposed panels to assemble them to one another.

The gaps possibly existing between two partitioning panels juxtaposed or between the partition panels and the slab on which they rest or the ceiling may be closed by a binder that should be covered by strips of material 310 of the same nature as the means thermal insulation 200 or the cladding plates 300.

The partitioning panel of the invention makes it possible to manufacture building partitions having high thermal insulation properties.

The smooth external surfaces of these partition panels make them easy to wash.

The surface mass of such a panel in its conventional dimensions allows its implementation without the use of a crane.
