Description

Domaine de l inventionField of the invention

La présente invention se rapporte à un panneau de construction préfabriqué comportant une âme en matière isolante .The present invention relates to a panel of prefabricated construction with a material core insulating.

Description de l art antérieur.Description of the prior art.

Il existe une multitude de tels panneaux préfabriqués, ayant de simples fonctions de séparation, comme par exemple :

  • panneaux en plâtre extrudé avec alvéoles n offrant pas ou peu de possibilités d ancrage;
  • panneaux avec structures de bois ou de fer isolés en milieu, peu résistant à 1 eau et ayant les faces, soit en bois, soit en plâtre extrudé, soit encore en enduit organique ou plus rarement en béton ;
  • panneaux à une face en béton structuré et une autre face en induit collé sur isolant, de mise en uvre plus difficile et dont une face ne permet pas d ancrage;
  • panneaux en plastiques alvéolés;
  • etcThere are a multitude of such prefabricated panels, having simple separation functions, such as for example:
  • panels in extruded plaster with cells offering little or no anchoring possibilities;
  • panels with wooden or iron structures insulated in the middle, not very resistant to water and having the faces, either of wood, or of extruded plaster, or even in organic coating or more rarely in concrete;
  • panels with one side in structured concrete and another side in armature bonded to insulation, more difficult to implement and one side of which does not allow anchoring;
  • cellular plastic panels;
  • etc.

    Aucun de ces panneaux existants n offre à présent, simultannément les possibilités suivantes :

    • rigidité suffisante pour résister aux chocs entre autres aux chocs frontaux et pour permettre de façon aisée un ancrage de support pour cadres ou tout autre objet à suspendre;
    • haut pouvoir isolant;
    • résistant à 1 humidité.
    None of these existing panels now simultaneously offers the following possibilities:
    • sufficient rigidity to withstand impact, inter alia, frontal impact and to easily allow anchoring of support for frames or any other object to be suspended;
    • high insulating power;
    • moisture resistant.

    L invention a pour but de remédier à ces problèmes.The object of the invention is to remedy these problems.

    Résumé de l invention:Summary of the invention:

    A cet effet, le panneau de construction selon 1 invention est caractérisé en ce que 1 âme est prise en sandwich entre deux couches de fibres imprégnées de résine.For this purpose, the building panel according to 1 invention is characterized in that 1 core is sandwiched between two resin impregnated fiber layers.

    Il existe des fibres dites de hautes performances telles que par exemple le Kevlar (fibre aramide), le Spectra (fibre polyolefine) ou le Vectran (fibre polyester aromatique). Certaines de ces fibres sont des polymères thermoplastiques ayant un prix abordable et une très bonne tenue à la traction (± dix fois celle de 1 acier). En associant ces propriétés à celles d autres matériaux rigides ( p.ex. certains polyuréthanes ou P.V.C.), par un simple procédé d imprégnation, de couture ( fil se rigidifiant) et en complétant ce traitement (une fois la première rigidification obtenue) par une projection de matière thermoplastique sous état fluide, on obtient de bonnes résistances aux compressions et aux flambages pour un prix intéressant. Cette "rigidification" en structure composite donne une tenue mécanique plus que satisfaisante au panneau de construction et est facile à mettre en uvre. Comme les couches de fibres imprégnées sont des matériaux peu conducteurs de bruit et de chaleur et que ces couches englobent 1 âme isolante sans ponts de conduction thermiques ni acoustiques, il s en suit que les panneaux ont un haut pouvoir isolant. Comme 1 âme est recouverte sur ses côtés d une couche de résine, 1 âme est protégée contre 1 humidité et le panneau est hermétique à 1 humidité.There are so-called high performance fibers such as for example Kevlar (aramid fiber), Spectra (fiber polyolefine) or Vectran (aromatic polyester fiber). Some of these fibers are thermoplastic polymers affordable and very good tensile strength (± ten times that of 1 steel). By associating these properties with those of other rigid materials (e.g. some polyurethanes or P.V.C.), by a simple process impregnation, sewing (stiffening thread) and completing this treatment (once the first stiffening obtained) by a projection of thermoplastic material under fluid state, good resistance to cuts and buckling for an attractive price. This "stiffening" in composite structure gives a holding mechanical more than satisfactory to the construction panel and is easy to implement. Like fiber layers impregnated materials are not very conductive of noise and heat and that these layers include 1 insulating core without thermal or acoustic conduction bridges, it follows that the panels have a high insulating power. Like 1 soul is covered on its sides with a layer of resin, 1 core is protected against 1 humidity and the panel is hermetic to 1 humidity.

    De préférence, des traverses traversent 1 isolant de manière essentiellement perpendiculaire au panneau. Ces traverses sont munies, à leurs extrémités, de têtes solidaires des traverses. Ces têtes sont incrustées dans les couches de fibres imprégnées de résine, formant ainsi un ensemble rigide.Preferably, sleepers pass through 1 insulation so essentially perpendicular to the panel. These sleepers are provided, at their ends, with heads secured to the sleepers. These heads are embedded in layers of fibers impregnated with resin, thus forming a whole rigid.

    De préférence, les dites têtes forment un réseau maillé de rectangles à la surface de 1 isolant afin d assurer une répartition équilibrée des tensions.
    De manière avantageuse, ces rectangles seront des carrés.
    Preferably, the said heads form a mesh network of rectangles on the surface of the insulator in order to ensure a balanced distribution of the tensions.
    Advantageously, these rectangles will be squares.

    Les traverses peuvent également être taraudées aux extrémités. Ces taraudages peuvent ainsi servir de points d ancrage pour supports de cadres ou de tout autre objet à suspendre au panneau.The sleepers can also be tapped to ends. These threads can thus serve as points anchoring for frame supports or any other object to hang on the panel.

    Les couches de fibres et les têtes peuvent être recouverts d une couche de finition telle qu un enduit organique, du plâtre, du bois ou tout autre couche de finition appropriée, ce qui accroít encore la résistance aux chocs. Cette couche de finition peut être appliquée seulement sur une face du panneau ou sur les deux faces selon le degré de finition désiré. Fiber layers and heads can be covered a top coat such as an organic coating, plaster, wood or any other suitable top coat, which further increases impact resistance. This layer can be applied only on one side of the panel or on both sides depending on the degree of finish longed for.

    Le panneau selon 1 inventionest donc "armé". Il est de plus isolant et légèrement portant.
    La légère portance permet un encadrement en matière plastique profilée.
    Le cadre inclura un élastomère d étanchéité qui sera mis en place par un profil excentrique apposé sur un traverse métallique médian de manière longitudinale. Cette façon de faire permet la préfabrication de panneaux de grande surface. Point besoin de coulisses pré installées : des perforations limitées et réparties judicieusement dans les plafonds et planchers correspondent à des taquets qui aident la fixation entreprise à 1 aide de la poussée excentrique exercée sur l élastomère d étanchéité formant bordure du panneau.
    Il n y a pas de risques d infiltration d air, d eau, de mini poussières. De plus, 1 isolation acoustique est parfaite.
    The panel according to 1 invention is therefore "armed". It is also insulating and slightly bearing.
    The light lift allows a profiled plastic frame.
    The frame will include a sealing elastomer which will be put in place by an eccentric profile affixed to a median metal cross member longitudinally. This way of doing things allows the prefabrication of large area panels. There is no need for pre-installed slides: limited perforations and judiciously distributed in the ceilings and floors correspond to cleats which help the fixing undertaken by means of the eccentric thrust exerted on the sealing elastomer forming the edge of the panel.
    There is no risk of infiltration of air, water, mini dust. In addition, 1 sound insulation is perfect.
