    - that the basic portion (3, 4, 5) with the hanging strap(s) (20; 7) is separated from the carrier foil (1),
    - that essential portions of the surface coated with glue (15) of the hanging strap (20; 7) are provided with a non-adhesive intermediate layer (16), and
    - that the basic portion (3, 4, 5) with the hanging strap(s) (20; 7) is reunited with the carrier foil (1).
  8. Method according to claim 7, characterized in that following the step of reunification a punching step is provided to punch the basic portion (3, 4, 5) and the hanging strap(s) (20; 7).
  9. Method according to claims 7 or 8, characterized in that the coating of the surfaces, covered with glue (15), with the non-adhesive intermediate layer (16) leaves one or several adhesive portions (13), the area of which is small against the remaining portions (14, 24) of the hanging strap (20; 7).
  10. Method according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the non-adhesive intermediate portion (16) comprises a dye.
