Description
Abgesehen vom appartiven Aufwand ist dabei noch zu berücksichtigen, daß der Bediener auch noch die anderen Bedien- und Anzeigelemente für weitere für einen optmalen Druck erforderlichen Parameter, wie die Farbfeuchte, Druckgeschwindigkeit u.dgl. beachten muß. Diese anderen Bedien- und Anzeigelemente sind in der Regel entfernt von den Elementen zur Farbzonenkontrolle und -einstellung und seitlich auf dem Leitstand angeordnet. Dabei müssen aber beide Steuerbereiche mit entsprechenden Aufwand untereinander entsprechend verkabelt sein. Steuereinrichtungen für Mehrfarbdruckmaschinen sind beispielsweise auch nach den deutschen Patentanmeldungen DE 27 27 426 B2, DE 39 24 989 A1 und DE 42 16 440 A1 bekannt. Beim Gegenstand der DE 27 27 426 wird der aufgelegte Druckbogen mit einem mechanisch geführten Meßkopf bzw. Densitometer abgetastet. Gleiches geschieht auch beim Gegenstand der DE 39 24 989 und beim Gegenstand der DE 42 16 440 handelt es sich um ein querverschiebliches Stellglied, das auf die gewünschte Farbzone eines Druckbogens eingestellt werden kann und dem Sensoren zugeordnet sein können.
Da der ganze, sich über die Druckbogenlänge erstreckende Farbzonensteuerbereich nach der Erfindung auf ein einziges, verschiebliches Display reduziert ist, besteht diesbezüglich eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform insbesondere darin, in diesem Display auch die weiteren Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente für die weiteren bspw. oben genannten Parameter in Form weiterer abrufbarer Menues bei entsprechender Softwaregestaltung mit unterzubringen. Dadurch entfällt vorteilhaft die bisher übliche Separatanordnung der Bedien- und Anzeigeelementen für diese weiteren Parameter.
In diesem Zusammenhang sei nochmals darauf hingewiesen, daß die Farbzonenbereiche jeweils durch eine entsprechende Anzahl der in Zeile auf dem Bildschirm darstellbaren Felder repräsentiert werden, während die Sensoren bzw. Markierungen in der Führungsschiene die zugehörige Software informieren, in welchem Bereich der Verschiebungsstrecke und damit des Druckkontrollbogens sich das Display überhaupt befindet. Diese Information ist wichtig, um die entsprechende Einstellrelation der Farbgebung in den einzelnen Farbgebungsstationen der Druckmaschine herzustellen.

Damit diese Software weiß, welcher Farbzonenbereich 8 aktuell behandelt wird, ist die Führungsschiene 6, wie aus dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig.2 ersichtlich, mit Positionssensoren 5 geeigneter Art ausgestattet.
Durch Wahl des Feldes bzw. der Taste FZ erscheint auf dem Bildschirm, wie in beiden Fig.3,4 verdeutlicht, das Menue für die Farbzonenmanipulation. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.3 erfolgt die gewünschte Farbgebungskorrektur für die in den Farbgebungsstationen FS (siehe Fig.6) zu druckende Farbe an der zugehörigen Druckmaschine MDM unmittelbar an den vertikalen Sichtbalken 21, während bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig.4 diese Sichtbalken 21 lediglich Darstellungsfunktion haben, deren Veränderung bzw. Korrektur durch Plus/Minus - Berührungsfelder 22 bewirkt werden kann.
Claims (9)
- Steuereinrichtung für Mehrfarbdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Auflageplatte (1) für den an einem Anschlag der Platte angelegten Druckkontrollbogen mit am bedienungsseitigen Rand (2) angeordneten Farbzonen-Plus/Minus-Korrektur - und Anzeigeelementen (3) und mit weiteren Bedien- und Anzeigeelementen (4) zur Erfassung, Einstellung und Korrektur weiterer Druckparameter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am bedienseiten Rand (2) der Auflageplatte (1) eine mit Positionssensoren (5) oder Markierungen bestückte Führungsschiene (6) angeordnet ist, an der über den ganzen Farbzonenbereich längsverschieblich ein zur druckbogenfreien Seite orientiertes Display (7) angeordnet ist, das, mit einer entsprechenden Software verknüpft, ein abrufbares Menue für die Erfassung der Farbzonen (8) enthält, wobei die Farbzonen (8) im Menue in einer Zeile (9) strichcodeartig oder in Form von Digitalwerten darstellbar sind. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Display (7) auch die weiteren Bedien- und Anzeigelemente (4) für die weiteren Parameter in Form weiterer abrufbarer Menues mit enthalten sind. - Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbzonen (8) in der Zeile (9) des Display (7) in Form bedarfsentsprechend beabstandeter Felder (10) darstellbar sind, die in ihrer Breite (B) der Kontrollstreifenbreite des Druckbogens entsprechen. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Display (7) in Form eines sogenannten Touch-Screens ausgebildet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Display (7) in einem an der Führungsschiene (5) verschieblich angeordneten Panel (11) angeordnet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Display (7) eine Ascii-Tastatur mechanisch zugeordnet ist. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Display (7) eine Ascii-Tastatur in Form einer Touch-Tastatur enthält. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Zeile (9) dargestellten Felder (10) als Touch-Screen-Tasten ausgebildet sind. - Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Display (7) oder an dessen Panel (11) druckkontrollbogenseitig ein Halter (30) für die Aufnahme eines Densitometers angeordnet ist.
