Claims (9)
- Bogenmaterialtransportvorrichtung (100) mit einer Bewegungsbahn (10) und mindestens einer entlang der Bewegungsbahn (10) laufenden Tasche (20), die einen unteren Abschnitt (22) zur Aufnahme von Bogenmaterial und einen oberen Abschnitt (28) mit mindestens einem oberen Greifer (40) zum Halten einer Kante des Bogenmaterials umfasst, wobei der mindestens eine Greifer (40) von einer Greifposition in eine nicht-greifende Position bewegbar ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Abschnitt (28) bezüglich des unteren Abschnitts (22) bewegbar ist, so dass der Abstand zwischen dem mindestens einen Greifer (40) und dem unteren Abschnitt (22) veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Greifer (40) um eine im oberen Abschnitt (28) angeordnete Achse (42) drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (20) einen Stellmechanismus zum Bewegen des oberen Abschnitts (28) bezüglich des unteren Abschnitts (22) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellmechanismus einen mit dem oberen Abschnitt (28) oder dem unteren Abschnitt (22) verbundenen Nockenstößel (50) umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stellmechanismus eine Welle (44) umfasst, mit welcher der Nockenstößel (50) verbunden ist und durch deren Drehung der Abstand (D) zwischen dem oberen Abschnitt (28) und dem unteren Abschnitt (22) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Arretiermechanismus (70), welcher den Stellmechanismus im Abstand (D) hält. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Greifer (40) bezüglich des oberen Abschnitts (28) drehbar, aber nicht verschiebbar ist. - Verfahren zum Einstellen eines Abstands (D) eines oberen Greifers (40) einer Tasche (20),
gekennzeichnet durch
die folgenden Schritte:Greifen eines Bogenprodukts durch Drehen des oberen Greifers (40) um eine Drehachse (42); undVerstellen des Abstands (D) der Drehachse (42) des oberen Greifers (40) zu einem unteren Abschnitt (22) der Tasche (20). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellen erfolgt, während die Taschen (20) bewegt werden, insbesondere entlang einer Bewegungsbahn (10) bewegt werden.
