Claims (7)
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine,mit einer auf- und abgehend antreibbaren Nadel (7),mit mindestens einer in einer y-Richtung verschiebbaren Nähgutklammer (12a, 12b),mit einer Knopfloch-Schneid-Vorrichtung (16), diein y-Richtung hinter der Nadel (7) angeordnet ist,ein Messer (26, 26') aufweist,mindestens einen mit dem Messer (26, 26') zusammenwirkenden Schneid-Block (42, 43) aufweist, undeinen Schneid-Antrieb (19, 19') zur Bewegung des Messers (26, 26') und des Schneid-Blocks (42, 43) relativ zueinander mit variabler Schneidkraft aufweist,dass der Schneid-Antrieb (19, 19') mehrere Linear-Antriebe aufweist, dieparallel zueinander geschaltet sind undwahlweise pneumatisch beaufschlagbar sind.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linear-Antriebe als Mehrkammer-Zylinder (56) ausgebildet sind, indem in jeder Kammer (58 bis 61) ein Kolben (65 bis 68) angeordnet ist, die an einer gemeinsamen Kolbenstange (57) angebracht sind.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Kammer (58) mit einem zweiseitig beaufschlagbaren Kolben (65) versehen ist, und
dass drei Kammern (59 bis 61) mit einseitig in gleicher Bewegungsrichtung gemeinsam beaufschlagbaren Kolben (66 bis 68) versehen sind. - Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneid-Antrieb (19') einen Kolben-Zylinder-Antrieb (77) aufweist, der sich gegen die als Kraft-Begrenzer (81) ausgebildeten Linear-Antriebe abstützt.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennezeichnet, dass der Kraft-Begrenzer (81) mehrere Membran-Zylinder (90 bis 93) als Linear-Antriebe aufweist.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linear-Antriebe über Mehrwege-Ventile (74 bis 76, 82, 101 bis 103) beaufschlagbar sind, die von einer zentralen Bedien-Einheit (48) betätigbar sind.
- Knopfloch-Nähmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linear-Antriebe zu einer Baueinheit zusammengefasst sind.
