Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for producing a textile surface, the on the one hand hydrophobic and on the other hand hydrophilic properties devices for the application of these methods and by means of which the textile surface according to the methods and devices to treat is.
Textile surfaces that have the aforementioned properties are already known. In order to separate the hydrophobic region of a textile surface from their hydrophilic area to accomplish, here is between two tissues arranged a differently shaped membrane, which stuck with the tissues connected is. The production of such textile surfaces is because several Manufacturing processes are required, very time consuming and costly, In addition, the textile surface by the most adhered to both tissues. Membrane high rigidity, so that their processing often with Difficulties connected and their use is limited. Furthermore, it is from Disadvantage that, due to the membrane as an intermediate layer, at a Garment the transport of moisture from the inside out is impaired and the garment sometimes due to the material thickness applying.
Konlaret disclosed are knits that are on the inside with a hydrophilic Finishing layer of crosslinked acrylate monomers are provided while the Outside is provided with a hydrophobic finishing layer.
In the JP-A-7-189130 from the year 1995 again a finishing process for knitted fabrics is described. The finished products should prevent even in heavy perspiration of the wearer that creates an unpleasant moist feeling on the skin. To achieve this goal knitted fabrics are used, which have a natural fiber content of at least 50% to ensure a very good water absorption. On the outside, a fluorine- or silicone-containing finishing layer is applied with a kiss coater, which is subsequently heat-treated.
In order to avoid feeling sticky when worn, the inside is coated with hydrophilic polymers, which are crosslinked in a subsequent heating step.
Both writings have the need for such bi-functional finished textiles the market, especially in the field of sports and leisure wear, but have the proposed techniques and the resulting products over the past 20 years since the publication of JP-A-58-191275 obviously can not enforce. Of the Market continues to demand equipment and related products allow high-quality bi-functional textiles with consistent quality easy and produce economically.
Vorrichtungen und bei diesen eingesetzten The object of the invention is therefore to provide a textile surface by means of special methods or devices and used in these
To produce order agents in a very simple and economical way, the one has high comfort and in which it is especially ensured that Moisture immediately absorbed on the hydrophilic side, over one large area is distributed and dissipated quickly and on the hydrophobic equipped side is water repellent. The procedures by which this is done achieve this, as well as the devices for applying these methods easily enable or simply be in their structural design, too The order funds are made from only a few conventional components be composed so that very differently constructed textile surfaces are inexpensive to manufacture.
A method of making a textile surface on one side hydrophobic and on the other hand hydrophilic properties is characterized in that the textile surface over the total cross-section is formed hydrophilic, that on one side of the textile surface a paste is applied continuously, from a thick emulsion or dispersion consists of paraffin, polysiloxane and / or fluorine compounds and 1 to 10% of a synthetic or natural thickener and only one Part of the cross section penetrates into the textile surface, and that below the layer formed by the paste to create the side of the textile surface with the hydrophobic property is stabilized by a drying process.
After another procedure is turn on one side of the textile surface a first paste applied continuously, consisting of a thick emulsion or dispersion of paraffin, polysiloxane and / or fluorine compounds and 1 to 10% of a synthetic or natural thickening agent, Subsequently, the layer formed by the first paste is replaced by a Stabilized drying process and then on the other side of the textile surface of a hydrophilic polymer formed second thick paste applied, which is stabilized by a further drying process, wherein the Pastes only over a portion of the cross section in the textile surface penetration. Of course, it is also possible with this method, first the second paste and then the first paste on the textile surface apply.
Another inventive method for producing a textile surface of aforementioned genus is characterized in that on one side of the textile Surface in turn a paste is applied continuously, which consists of a viscous emulsion or dispersion of paraffin, polysiloxane and / or Fluorine compounds and 1 to 10% of a synthetic or natural Thickening agent is that subsequently the layer formed by the paste is stabilized by a drying process and that but subsequently on the applied to the other side of the textile surface, a fleet of hydrophilic polymers is going to help create the side of the textile surface with the hydrophilic property is stabilized by a further drying process, the liquor by means of a dipping bath, an applicator roller or a spray head on the textile Surface can be applied.
Also in this method, it is possible to first the fleet and subsequently the Apply paste on the textile surface and optionally the emulsion or Dispersion of paraffin, polysiloxane and / or fluorine compounds and 1 to 10% of a synthetic or natural Thickener as a liquor and the Apply hydrophilic polymers as a paste on the textile surface.
The pastes should each be applied to the textile surface by means of a coating knife be applied.
The pastes can also be on one or both sides of the textile surface be applied by means of rotary pressure rollers on the textile surface, wherein the Pastes on one side of the textile surface by coating and on the other Page can be applied by printing.
During the drying process, the textile surface should have a temperature of Be exposed to 80 ° to 200 ° C.
The devices for using these methods should be characterized be that for applying a viscous emulsion or dispersion Paraffin, polysiloxane and / or fluorine compounds and 1 to 10% of a synthetic or natural Thickener formed paste or a each composed of hydrophilic polymers paste one Coating blade or that for application, as an emulsion or dispersion Paraffin, polysiloxane and / or fluorine compound composite fleet or a bath composed of hydrophilic polymers a dip, by that the textile surface is led, an applicator roll, which in a the fleet receiving trough rotates, or a spray head is provided, wherein the Immersion bath one or more pressure roller pairs acting on the textile surface should be downstream.

By applying the method and apparatus of the invention and the Foreseen order means it is possible to have a textile surface of only one layer to create a fabric that is exceptionally good at hydrophobic and hydrophilic Has properties and thus very versatile. Defined by that namely applied to the textile surface hydrophobic application agent is namely created the condition that the remaining area of the textile surface can be equipped hydrophilic, so that both areas the given very fulfill different functions.
A garment whose outer surface is hydrophobic equipped, thus offers Protection against rain or when walking through wet grass, also this site is less Dirty and easy to clean. In contrast, the hydrophilic inside decreases of the garment to a high degree and in the short term moisture on that distributed over a large area and discharged quickly over the outside. Of the Comfort of a fabricated from a proposal made according to textile surface thus made garment is very high.
The production costs in order according to the inventive method and Devices as well as with the help of the specified application means textile surfaces impregnate, is very low, so that they are inexpensive to refine. Of Furthermore, the textile surfaces can be used for the respective purpose, especially in the material thickness can be adjusted without difficulty, a very versatile use is therefore given.

According to Figure 4 is located in a

Of course, it is also possible by means of the
By means of the device D in FIG. 8, the hydrophobic surface is applied to the
