More specifically, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the present invention is waterproof and has moisture permeability that allows water vapor to pass through freely, and can be used for clothing such as sportswear, diapers, rainwear, etc. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including building materials such as wall and ceiling materials, and living-related materials such as base materials for dehumidifiers.

It is manufactured using methods such as polymerization to transfer water vapor, but the resin and processing costs are high, and although it can be used for expensive clothing such as sportswear, it is an inexpensive building material.
It was difficult to develop it into applications for everyday life-related materials.

It was necessary to stop the shrinkage of the gray fabric before processing it, but the present invention's 40
Since the fiber base fabric made of filaments spun at 00 m/min or more has a small thermal shrinkage rate, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet can be obtained by applying a resin solution in the state of t=grey and drying.

Melamine resin, melamine-formalin resin, urea
Formalin-based resins, glyochidyl-based resins, etc. can be used, and preferably two or more types can be used in combination. In addition, crosslinking agents, flame retardants, thickeners, fillers, foaming agents, and colorants can be added as necessary. The amount of resin applied will affect moisture permeability and waterproofness, and If it is too low, the moisture permeability will be good but the waterproofness will be poor.
Also, if the coating amount is too large, the waterproofness will be good but the moisture permeability will be significantly reduced, so the coating amount should be 3 to 20g/m".
Preferably it is 5 to 10 g/m2.

It is preferable to pre-treat the fibrous base fabric in advance, since the resin film formation is poor and the waterproof properties are unfavorable. Treatment methods for this include, for example, treating the fiber base fabric with one type or a combination of two or more water repellents such as fluorine-based, silicone-based, zirconium-based, or wax-based water repellents, or passing the fiber base fabric through a calendar to remove the fibers. There are methods to reduce the pores on the surface of the fiber base fabric by crushing the bulge in the base fabric.

A sheet with excellent moisture permeability and waterproof properties can be obtained. In addition, the moisture-permeable waterproof sheet of the present invention can be used in clothing such as sportswear, diapers, and rainwear, as well as building materials such as wall materials and ceiling materials.
It can be widely used in daily life-related materials such as dehumidifier base materials.
