Claims (29)
- Meldeleuchte für eine optische Anzeige, umfassend ein Gehäuse (1) mit elektrischen Leiterteilen (4), eine Leuchtdiode (18) in einem Druckstück (10), das eine lichtdurchlässige Leuchtkuppe (14) aufweist, einen Hohlstab (5), in dessen einem Endbereich (9) das Druckstück (10) axial verschiebbar gelagert ist und dessen anderer Endteil (6) in dem Gehäuse (1) angeordnet ist, und einen elektrischen Schalter (20), der in dem Hohlstab (5) in dessen Längsrichtung hinter der Leuchtdiode (18) angeordnet und durch Axialverschiebung des Druckstücks (10) betätigbar ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach vorstehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Hohlstab (5) zwischen dem Druckstück (10) und dem Schalter (20) ein gegen einen Stößel (23) des Schalters (20) verlagerbares Schaltstück (22) angeordnet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltstück (22) und das Druckstück (10) an einer in dem Gehäuse (1) positionierten Druckfeder (25) abgestützt sind.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Druckstück (10) und dem Schaltstück (22) eine Überhubfeder (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckstück (10) mittels Vorsprüngen (12) an einem Anschlag (13) des Hohlstabs (5) abgestützt ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil des Hohlstabs (5) in dem Gehäuse (1) mittels eines Gießharzes (8) entsprechend den Anforderungen der Explosionsschutznorm umgossen ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einer Innenfläche des Hohlstabs (5) und einer Außenfläche des in letzterem axial verschiebbaren Druckstücks (10) ein normgerechter Explosionsschutzspalt (11) gebildet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlstab (5) mit dem Druckstück (10) und dem Gehäuse (1) im Sinne der Explosionsschutznorm als druckfeste Kapselung ausgebildet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) mit einem Deckel (2) verschlossen ist, der von dem Hohlstab (5) durchsetzt ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Hohlstab (5) eine Leiterplatte (15) vorgesehen ist, auf der die Leuchtdiode (18) und elektronische Bauteile (19) angeordnet sind.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (20) und/oder die Leiterplatte (15) an einer Halterung (17) positioniert sind.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (17) mindestens einen den Schalter (20) durchsetzenden und in die Leiterplatte (15) eingreifenden Zapfen (21) aufweist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (17) in dem Hohlstab (5) positioniert und mittels des Leiterteils (4) lagefixiert ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Deckel (2) des Gehäuses (1) überragende Teil des Hohlstabs (5) von einem Betätigungsvorsatz (27) übergriffen ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsvorsatz (27) an einer Montagewand (30) befestigbar ist, die zwischen einem Frontring (31) und einer an einem Einsatzgehäuse (28) gelagerten Gewindemutter (29) angeordnet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungsvorsatz (27) eine die Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) übergreifende lichtdurchlässige Leuchtkappe (33) aufweist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtkappe (33) an einer Adapterhülse (34) angeordnet ist, die dem Druckstück (10) zugehörig und mit diesem axial verlagerbar ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adapterhülse (34) eine Stützfeder (35) zugeordnet ist, die an einer Auflage (36) abgestützt ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapterhülse (34) und die Leuchtkappe (33) in der Ruhestellung des Druckstücks (10) an einer Formdichtung (37) anliegen.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Hubbegrenzung der Druckbetätigung die Adapterhülse (34) mindestens eine mit einer Stirnfläche (45) des Endbereichs (9) des Hohlstabs (5) korrespondierende Anschlagfläche (44) aufweist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Hubbegrenzung der Druckbetätigung eine Mehrfachabstützung mit einer zusätzlichen Randfläche (46), Ringfläche (47), Endfläche (48), Bundfläche (49), Stegfläche (51) und einem Vorsprung (50) vorgesehen ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formdichtung (37) mittels des Frontrings (31) an dem Einsatzgehäuse (28) gehalten ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Leuchtdiode (18) zugewandte Innenfläche (40) der Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) lichtbrechend feinperlig strukturiert ausgebildet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) milchig eingefärbt ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) milchig/farbig fluoreszierend ausgebildet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Druckstück (10) mit der Leuchtkuppe (14) materialeinheitlich einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) zugewandte Innenseite (41) der Leuchtkappe (33) lichtbrechend feinperlig strukturiert ist.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feinperlige Struktur der Innenläche (40) der Leuchtkuppe (14) und die feinperlige Struktur der Innenseite (41) der Leuchtkappe (33) im wesentlichen gleich sind.
- Meldeleuchte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leuchtkuppe (14) des Druckstücks (10) und die Leuchtkappe (33) entsprechend der Lichtfarbwellenlänge der Leuchtdiode (18) eingefärbt sind.
