Claims (5)
- Procédé de réalisation d'un produit d'emballage comportant un premier flan (1) muni d'une pluralité de panneaux (7-10) et de pattes (5 ; 6 ; 16 ; 17 ; 18 ; 21 ; 22 ; 23 ; 24), ledit premier flan étant apte, après pliage, à former un étui pour un contenu à emballer, et au moins un deuxième flan (2, 3) en matière présentant une rigidité d'ensemble telle que carton ou plastique et agencé pour être logé à l'intérieur dudit étui pour former des moyens de calage pour ledit contenu, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une étape consistant, avant pliage du premier flan, à solidariser une partie seulement de chacun desdits deuxièmes flans à un seul panneau ou une seule patte dudit premier flan, au moins un desdits deuxièmes flans étant composé d'une pluralité de panneaux (25-28) aptes à former après pliage un volume de calage à l'intérieur dudit étui.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une étape de pliage en une seule opération desdits premier et deuxième flans.
- Produit d'emballage caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, au moins un desdits deuxièmes flans (2) comprenant une pluralité de panneaux (25-28) dont l'un (25) est solidarisé à un seul des panneaux (7) ou une seule des pattes dudit premier flan.
- Produit d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un desdits deuxièmes flans comprend un panneau unique (3) doublant sensiblement et étant solidarisé à un panneau dudit premier flan.
- Produit d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un desdits deuxièmes flans est réalisé dans un matériau choisi parmi les matériaux à microcannelures ou nanocannelures, le carton, le carton ondulé, le polyester, le polypropylène, la mousse, le métal, le bois, le verre, et les matériaux thermoformés.
