Claims (5)
- A manufacturing technique for a packaging product comprising a first blank (1) provided with a plurality of panels (7-10) and tabs (5; 6; 16; 17; 18; 21; 22; 23; 24), in which the said first blank is designed, after folding, to form a case for the contents to be packaged, and at least one second blank (2, 3) produced from an overall rigid material such as cardboard or plastic and arranged in order to be housed inside the said case to form a means for setting the said contents, characterised in that it comprises a substantial stage that consists, before folding the first blank, of attaching only one part of each of the said second blanks to a single panel or a single tab of the said first blank, in which at least one of the said second blanks is composed of a plurality of panels (25-28) designed to form, after folding, a setting volume inside the said case.
- A process according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a stage for folding the said first and second blanks in a single action.
- A packaging product characterised in that it is manufactured according to either of the claims 1 or 2, in which at least one of the said second blanks (2) comprises a plurality of panels (25-28), one of which is attached to only one of the panels (7) or only one of the tabs of the said first blank.
- A packaging product according to claim 3, characterised in that at least one of the said second blanks comprises a single panel (3) which substantially double and is attached to a panel of the said first blank.
- A packaging product according to either of the claims 3 or 4, characterised in that at least one of the said second blanks is made from a material chosen from the following: materials with microflutes or nanoflutes, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, polyester, polypropylene, foam rubber, metal, wood, glass and thermally moulded materials.
