Claims (12)
- Dispositif adaptateur comportant une bride côté moteur (11) permettant la connexion à un moteur (3), une bride côté machine (10, 10') permettant la connexion à une machine, un axe adaptateur (20, 40, 31) permettant la connexion à un axe moteur (5) d'une part et à un élément rotatif de la machine d'autre part, un dispositif de freinage (2, 2') permettant de freiner ou de bloquer l'élément rotatif de la machine connecté à l'axe adaptateur (20, 40, 31), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif adaptateur peut être connecté à un entraînement permettant la régulation de la vitesse de rotation d'une machine textile et en ce que la bride côté moteur (11) ainsi que la bride côté machine (10, 10') du dispositif adaptateur sont connectées entre elles par un flasque (12), dans lequel le dispositif de freinage (2, 2') est monté sur la bride côté machine (10, 10').
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément rotatif est un axe d'entraînement ou une roue dentée.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la bride côté moteur (11) ou la bride côté machine (10,10') est interchangeable.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe adaptateur (20, 40, 31) est agencé au moins partiellement sur la bride côté machine (10, 10') de manière rotative.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications pré cédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (2, 2') est découplé mécaniquement ou thermiquement de la bride côté moteur (11).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe adaptateur (20, 40, 31) comporte une axe de freinage (20, 40) et un accouplement de compensation (31), dans lequel le dispositif de freinage (2, 2') est associé à l'axe de freinage (20, 40).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de freinage (40) est agencé du côté de la machine et l'accouplement de compensation du côté du moteur (31).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'accouplement de compensation (31) comporte plusieurs fentes espacées axialement et perpendiculaires à l'axe de rotation.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (2, 2') comporte une garniture de frein (22) ou un disque de frein, dans lequel la garniture de frein (22) ou le disque de frein est connecté en sens de rotation à l'axe adaptateur, en particulier à l'axe de frein (20, 40), en épousant la forme dudit axe et pouvant coulisser en direction axiale dudit axe.
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (2, 2') comporte un électroaimant (24), au moins une première plaquette de frein élastique précontrainte (23) et au moins une deuxième plaquette de frein (10, 28).
- Dispositif adaptateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe adaptateur (40) comporte un pignon (41) à l'extrémité côté machine.
- Machine textile, en particulier un laminoir ou une cardeuse, comportant un dispositif adaptateur (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
