Claims (10)
- Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine für den wahlweisen Schön- oder Schön- und Wiederdruck mit einer Drei-Trommel-Wendung mit drei hintereinandergeschalteten Übergabezylindern zwischen den Druckzylindern zweier benachbarter Druckwerke, wobei diese ein doppelt- oder mehrfach-großer Übergabezylinder, eine doppelt- oder mehrfach-große Speichertrommel und eine mindestens einfach-große Wendetrommel sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergabezylinder (27) eine Außenkontur (35) aufweist, die kleiner ist, als die durch vorgesehene Greifer (40) vorgegebene kreisförmige Peripherie (42) und dass die Wendetrommel (29) eine Außenkontur (46) aufweist, die kleiner ist als die durch vorgesehene Greifer (43) vorgegebene kreisförmige Peripherie (47). - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergabezylinder (27) eine pneumatisch beaufschlagbare Leiteinrichtung (34) aufweist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiteinrichtung (34) an die kreisförmige Peripherie (42) des Übergabezylinders (27) angepasst und von dieser beabstandet angeordnet ist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichertrommel (28) im Bogentragbereich Saugeinrichtungen (38) aufweist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Speichertrommel (28) Hinterkantensauger (39) und eine stationär angeordnete Blaseinrichtung (36) aufweist. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blaseinrichtung (36) derart ausgerichtet ist, dass der Bogen (7) in den Wirkbereich der Hinterkantensauger (39) gelangt. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bogentransportbereich der Wendetrommel Blas- und/oder Lüftereinrichtungen (49) angeordnet sind, die einen ruhigen Bogenlauf im Wendebetrieb gewährleisten. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einem bogenauslaufseitigen Zwickelbereich (44) zwischen Wendetrommel (29) und Druckzylinder (41) Blaseinrichtungen (48) angeordnet sind, die ein Umschlagen der Bogenhinterkante vermeiden. - Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Druckzylinder (31) Bogenleiteinrichtungen (33) angeordnet sind, die den Bogen an die Druckzylinderoberfläche drücken. - Verfahren zum Transportieren eines Bogens durch eine Drei-Trommel-Wendeeinrichtung im Schön- und Schön- und Widerdruckbetrieb,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgende Verfahrensschritte:Führen des Bogens im Bereich des Übergabezylinders (27) auf einer Bahn, die zum Umfang des Übergabezylinders (27) und zu den stationären Leiteinrichtungen (34) beabstandet ist,Führen des Bogens im Bereich der Speichertrommel (28) bei gleichzeitigem Fixieren des Bogens auf der Oberfläche der Speichertrommel (28),Führen des Bogens im Bereich der Wendetrommel (29) auf einer Bahn, die zum Umfang der Wendetrommel (29) und zu den stationären Leiteinrichtungen (49) beabstandet ist.
