Abstract

Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible comprenant un corps 1 en matière plastique, notamment coulé ou moulé à base de résine, et un orifice 6 de passage pour une vis de serrage 5. Des moyens de sécurité déformables ou rigides, sont incorporés dans le corps 1 autour de l'orifice 6 de passage de la vis 5, de manière à retenir les débris en cas de rupture du corps 1. <IMAGE>

Description

Domaine technique de l'invention
Les prises d'escalade amovibles sont destinées à l'entraínement et la pratique de l'escalade sur un mur, sur une surface artificielle d'escalade, ou sur un agrès individuel.
Toutes les prises amovibles connues sont fixées à leur support grâce à une vis mécanique. Un tel système de fixation à vis permet de déplacer, tourner, enlever ou changer la prise d'escalade.
Les prises sont généralement réalisées à base de résine moulée, et la présence du trou de passage de la vis dans la zone médiane provoque néanmoins un affaiblissement de la résistance mécanique de la prise. Lors d'un serrage trop important de la vis, ou pendant l'exercice du grimpeur, ce type de prises peut casser. Les morceaux de la prise cassée risquent alors de tomber sur les personnes se trouvant à proximité du mur d'escalade.
Le document US 6 074 327 décrit une prise d'escalade, comprenant un fourreau de renforcement tubulaire traversant le trou de passage de la vis de fixation. La présence de ce fourreau ne permet néanmoins pas d'éviter la brisure de la prise en cas de serrage exagéré de la vis.
Objet de l'invention
L'objet de l'invention à pour but de supprimer cet inconvénient, et de réaliser une prise d'escalade destinée à empêcher la chute des débris en cas de rupture.
Un autre objet de l'invention consiste à renforcer la résistance de rupture de la prise.
L'invention consiste à armer la prise à l'aide de moyens de sécurité incorporés dans le corps de la prise, et positionnés autour de l'orifice de passage de la vis pour retenir les débris en cas de rupture du corps.
Les moyens de sécurité peuvent être constitués d'un fil d'acier ou d'un fil de tout autre matériau, d'un grillage, d'un tissu ou de tout autre matériau souple ayant un effet ressort, et ne pouvant pas se rompre lors d'un pliage important. La structure de ces moyens de sécurité comporte avantageusement un trou dont le diamètre est au moins égal au diamètre de l'orifice du corps, et inférieur au diamètre de la tête de la vis de serrage.
Lors de la rupture d'une prise d'escalade selon l'invention, les différentes parties de celle-ci restent attachées autour de la vis par l'armature, ce qui garantit la sécurité des personnes se trouvant au bas du mur d'escalade.
La présence des moyens de sécurité à l'intérieur du corps de la prise permet également de renforcer sa tenue mécanique.

Description de l'invention
Le corps (1) de la prise est en matière plastique coulée ou moulée à base de résine, et comporte un orifice (6) pour le passage de la vis de serrage (5). A l'intérieur du corps (1) se trouvent des moyens de sécurité (en traits pointillés) déformables, formés à titre d'exemple par une armature (2) de renforcement ayant un trou (7) dont le diamètre est au moins égal au diamètre du corps (1), et inférieur au diamètre de la tête de la vis de serrage (5). L'armature (2) peut être métallique ou non métallique.
La figure 2 est une vue de coupe de la prise avec le support (3) pouvant être en résine, en bois ou en tout autre matériau rigide, et dans lequel est logé un insert fileté (4). Le corps (1), l'armature (2) des moyens de sécurité, et l'orifice (6) sont agencés pour permettre le passage de la vis de serrage (5).
Sur la figure 3, les moyens de sécurité comportent un morceau de tissu (10) percé d'un trou (7) de dimension identique à celui de la figure 1.
La figure 4 illustre des moyens de sécurité conformés selon un fil (11) d'acier, ou autre matériau, formant une boucle entourant le fût de la vis (5) de serrage. La boucle est inférieure au diamètre de la tête de la vis (5) de serrage. Plusieurs fils peuvent être placés autour de la vis (5) dans une même prise.
Sur la figure 5, les moyens de sécurité comportent un grillage (12) en métal, plastique ou tout autre matériau souple, et dont la dimension des mailles correspond au trou (7) précité.
La figure 6 représente une prise cassée avec les morceaux de prise (13) attachés entre eux par les fils (11) de la figure 4, qui restent solidaires de la vis (5).

Claims (10)

  1. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible comprenant un corps (1) ayant un orifice (6) de passage pour une vis de serrage (5), caractérisée en ce qu'elle renferme des moyens de sécurité incorporés dans le corps (1) autour de l'orifice (6) de passage de la vis (5) pour retenir les débris en cas de rupture du corps (1).
  2. Prise d'escalade artificielle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) est à base de résine moulée.
  3. Prise d'escalade artificielle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) est à base de matière plastique coulée.
  4. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurité sont incorporés dans le corps lors du moulage ou de la coulée de la prise.
  5. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurité comportent une structure souple de renforcement, ayant un trou (7) dont le diamètre est au moins égal au diamètre de l'orifice (6) du corps (1), et inférieur au diamètre de la tête de la vis de serrage (5).
  6. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurité comportent un morceau de tissu (10) percé dudit trou (7).
  7. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurité comportent une armature (2) métallique ou non métallique.
  8. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurité comportent au moins un fil (11) de retenue, notamment en acier, ou autre matériau, formant une boucle entourant le fût de la vis (5) de serrage.
  9. Prise d'escalade artificielle amovible selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la structure des moyens de sécurité comporte un grillage (12) métallique ou plastique dont la dimension des mailles correspond audit trou (7).
  10. Mur d'escalade équipé de prises d'escalade selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
