Durch ein ungleichmäßiges Setzen des Montageschaums besteht dabei die Gefahr, daß die Wannenform nicht mit der gewünschten, meistens horizontalen Ausrichtung auf dem Wannenträger zu liegen kommt. Das gilt auch für die Montage von Acrylwannen, bei denen die Unterseite des auf dem Wannenträger aufzulegenden Randabschnitts meistens noch mit einer aufgespritzten und aufgerollten oder sonstwie befestigten Verstärkungsschicht aus Polyurethan, Glasfasern oder dergleichen belegt ist. Hierbei besteht der zusätzliche Nachteil, daß der Abstand zwischen der Unterseite des Wannenrandes und der Unterkante der Randleiste in Umfangsrichtung der Wannenform größeren Schwankungen unterworfen ist. Selbst wenn daher der Wannenträger einen in Umfangsrichtung absolut ebenen, horizontalen, tragenden Rand aufweisen würde, wäre es schwierig, durch Anwendung von Montageschaum, Kleber oder sonstigen Hilfsmitteln ein überall flächiges Aufliegen des Wannenrandes auf dem oberen Rand des Wannenträgers zu erreichen.
