Claims (10)
- Rohrstück (1) mit einer Einspeisestelle (2) für ein Additiv (20) oder mehreren solchen Einspeisestellen, mit einer Rohrwand (11) und mit einem statischen Mischelement (12), wobei die Einspeisestellen zum Einbringen der Additive in ein strömendes niedrigviskoses Fluid (10) vorgesehen sind, das statische Mischelement aus einem Paar von Flügeln (5a, 5b) und einem dritten Flügel (6) besteht, das Flügelpaar (5) - einen die Strömung (10') des Fluids umlenkenden Engpass bildend - bezüglich einer in Richtung der Strömung sich erstreckenden Mittelebene (15) im wesentlichen spiegelsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, der dritte Flügel bezüglich dem Flügelpaar in einer kreuzenden Weise sowie im Bereich der Mittelebene liegend angeordnet ist und bezüglich der Strömung eine Rückseite (60) aufweist, die sich von einer Basis an der Rohrwand zu einem stromabwärts liegenden Ende erstreckt und dabei einen in der Mittelebene liegenden Winkel (61) bildet, und jede Einspeisestelle auf der Rückseite des dritten Flügels angeordnet ist.
- Rohrstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Einspeisestelle (2) einen Stutzen (2') und mindestens einen durch die Rohrwand (11) führenden Düsenkanal (21), insbesondere eine Bohrung, umfasst.
- Rohrstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Winkel (61) des dritten Flügels (6) einen Wert zwischen 30° und 60°, vorzugsweise einen Wert zwischen 40° und 50° hat.
- Rohrstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Eingangseite (13) für einen Anschluss an eine stromaufwärts liegende Rohrleitung (3) ausgebildet ist und/oder eine Ausgangseite (14) für einen Anschluss an eine stromabwärts liegende Rohrleitung (4) ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrstück nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel (5a, 5b, 6) des statischen Mischerelements (12) mit einem flachen Ring (7) verbunden sind und dass dieser Ring zwischen einem Flansch (31) der Rohrleitung (3) und der Eingangseite (13) eingelegt ist.
- Rohrstück nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingangseite (13) als eingangseitiger Flansch (13') ausgebildet ist und/oder die Ausgangseite (14) als ausgangseitiger Flansch (14') ausgebildet ist.
- Rohrstück nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohrwand (11) als Zwischenflanschstück, insbesondere als ein Ringzylinder, ausgebildet ist, das zwischen Flansche (31, 41) der stromaufwärts liegenden Rohrleitung (3) sowie der stromabwärts liegenden Rohrleitung (4) einspannbar ist, wobei die beiden Flansche vorzugsweise mittels Schrauben verbindbar sind.
- Rohrstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel (5a, 5b) des Paars (5) auf zwei Ebenen angeordnet sind, die sich zumindest angenähert unter einem flachen Winkel in der Mittelebene (15) schneiden, und dass vorzugsweise diese Flügel an peripheren Kanten (51a, 51b) ohne Lücken an die Rohrwand (11) anliegen, insbesondere mit ihr verbunden sind.
- Rohrleitung mit einem Rohrstück (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass stromabwärts nach einer Ausgangsseite des Mischelements (12) eine Rohrstrecke (114) besteht, deren Länge L um einen Faktor 1 bis 5, vorzugsweise 2 bis 3, grösser als der innere Durchmesser D des Rohrstücks ist.
- Verwendung eines Rohrstücks (1) gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fluides, niedrigviskoses Additiv (20) in einen Hauptstrom (10') eingemischt wird.
