Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for installing a Landing door of an elevator system and an inlay frame Installation of a landing door of an elevator system.
A teaching is known from the document US 3,984,952, in order to Construction of a building making the door openings for the Lighten elevator doors. The teaching is already on one door guide installed inside the shaft with Fasteners attached and to the desired one Position positioned. Because the teaching is the one you want Door opening size plus 2.5 cm tolerance on each Side, the wall with the door opening up to Concrete poured. After their use, the teaching completely removed. Then the door opening for the shaft door that can be used later. Disadvantage of the proposed lesson is that the door guides of the Shaft doors installed before the shaft wall was built Need to become. It is also at this stage of construction extremely difficult to find the exact position of the shaft doors determine. When installing the final door frame must this can be adjusted again. Another disadvantage is this known solution the fact that through the Removal of the teaching the interface between the concrete wall and the gauge are still damaged can. The bricklayer or plasterer must then be used again come and rework the wall with the door opening, this time but without the presence of the teaching. These ex post Fine work takes time and additional coordination between the elevator fitters and the masons or plasterers. This significantly increases the installation times. The subsequent fine work can be inevitable unwanted contamination of the main frame of the door opening lead, which in turn causes additional work. There especially the door interface is particularly critical for that Cost of the whole elevator system, these lead additionally emerging work on the door opening to massive higher Installation costs.
The invention has for its object to provide a method for Installation of a shaft door and an inlay frame To carry out the procedure to propose the do not have the aforementioned disadvantages and a fast, allow more accurate and clean installation of the landing doors.
This object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1 and of claim 9 solved.
One advantage is the fact that it is accurate to the millimeter Installation of the insert frame is possible, in which the prefabricated shaft door frames later used precisely becomes. No reworking on the wall is necessary.
By those listed in the dependent claims Measures are advantageous training and Improvements of the method specified in claim 1 and of the insert frame specified in claim 9 possible.
The inlay frame can be used as a reference level for concreting serve. This has the advantage of being a smooth, refined one and better finishing the definitive Shaft door opening is possible.
Another advantage is that the connectivity between the shaft door and the insert frame, the means between sheet and sheet, is better than that conventional connection concrete sheet. This will be achieved that the gauge can be made of sheet metal.
No screws and bolts for positioning the Inlay frames in the raw shaft door wall are necessary. This saves material and assembly time.
A temporal dependency between the mason / plaster team and the elevator fitter team is avoided. The two teams can do theirs independently Plan work and carry it out undisturbed.
With the method according to the invention, a higher one Degree of prefabrication can be achieved.
Almost everything can be installed in the dry phase.
At the end of assembly, there is only a minimal air gap between the shaft door frame and the shaft door opening, which none costly rework caused.
All the features explained are not only in each specified combination, but also in others Combinations or usable alone, without the Leave the scope of the invention.
Verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den
schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellt und in der
nachfolgenden Beschreibung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 zeigt eine Globaldarstellung einer Lehre 1, die
einen Einlegerahmen 2 und ein Positionierungselement 3
aufweist. Der Einlegerahmen 2 wird lösbar mit dem
Positionierungselement 3 verbunden.
Figure 1 shows a global representation of a teaching 1, the

vom Einlegerahmen 2 distanziert.Figure 2 shows the
Positionierungsmittel 3 weist ferner Befestigungsmittel 8
auf, mittels denen der Einlegerahmen 2 am
Positionierungselement 3 befestigt wird. Das
Positionierungselement 3 weist ferner Referenzelemente 14
auf, die mit weiteren Befestigungsmitteln 15 an den
Längsstäben 5, 6 angebracht sind.Figure 3 shows a
In Figur 3a wird eine seitliche Ansicht des
Positionierungselementes 3 angegeben, bei der die
Referenzelemente 14 deutlich ersichtlich sind. Jedes
positioniert. Die Lotschnur L wird fluchtend mit den
Referenzzeichen M der im Arbeitszustand befindlichen
Referenzelemente 14 positioniert. In Figure 3a is a side view of the
angedeutet (Detail A).
Figure 4 shows a
Zustand. Die drei Profile 21, 22 des Einlegerahmens 2 werden
am Unfang des Positionierungselementes 3 angebracht.Figure 6 shows the teaching in not yet assembled

Boden B verspannt. Mit Hilfe von Bügeln 17 trägt die
Spanneinrichtung 16 die Lehre 1.FIG. 7 shows how a clamping

Anschluss-Fähigkeit Türrahmen-Einlegerahmen, also Blech-Blech
besser und sauberer als der herkömmliche Anschluss
Blech-Beton. Die nachträglichen Feinarbeiten werden
wesentlich erleichtert und passieren alle in einer
Arbeitsphase, wo das Beton schon trocken ist. Dies führt zu
einer sauberen Installation.Since the
