Claims (10)
- Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss aus einer Kupfer/Zink-Legierung, bestehend aus einem äusseren hohlzylinderförmigen Grundkörper mit einem heckseitigen Boden und einem ogiven- oder kegelförmigen vorderen Bereich und einem in den Grundkörper eingesetzten, diesen überragenden zumindest partiell zylindrischen Mantelkern, wobei dieser im Grundkörper einen Hohlraum kraftschlüssig abschliesst und in einer vorderen Position festgehalten ist und wobei im Ziel der Grundkörper aufpilzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Mantelkern (2) eine Sackloch (3b) vorgesehen ist, dass dieser Mantelkern (2) mit seinem zylindrischen Teil gleitfähig im Grundkörper (1) eingesetzt ist, und dass zumindest beim Aufprall des Geschosses (1) auf das Ziel oder im Ziel sich der Mantelkern (2) axial in den Ringraum (3a), in eine hintere Position, verschiebt und mit seiner heckseitigen Stirnfläche (2') den Grundkörper kontaktiert.
- Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) und der Mantelkern (2) aus der identischen Kupfer/Zink-Legierung bestehen.
- Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Grundkörper (1) frontseitig eine innere Ringnut (3c) vorgesehen ist.
- Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1. oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Mantelkern (2) eine äussere Ringnut vorgesehen ist.
- Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sacklochartige Bohrung (3b) oder das zylindrische Teil des Mantelkerns (2) eine Konizität aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kleinkaliber-Deformationsgeschoss aus einer Kupfer/Zink-Legierung, bestehend aus einem äusseren hohlzylinderförmigen Grundkörper mit einem heckseitigen Boden und einem ogiven- oder kegelförmigen vorderen Bereich und einem in den Grundkörper eingesetzten, diesen überragenden zumindest partiell zylindrischen Mantelkern, wobei dieser im Grundkörper einen Hohlraum kraftschlüssig abschliesst und in einer vorderen Position festgehalten ist und wobei im Ziel der Grundkörper aufpilzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper und der Mantelkern einzig durch Tiefzieh- und Formprozesse gefertigt werden und dass der zylindrische Mantelkern nach Art eines Festsitzes in den Hohlzylinder des Grundkörpers eingepresst wird, derart, dass zumindest zwischen dem Boden und dem Mantelkern ein Hohlraum gebildet wird, der sich über den ganzen Innendurchmessers des Grundkörpers erstreckt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Grundkörpers nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus flächigem Material Kreisscheiben gestanzt werden, die in Tiefziehprozessen zu einem hohlzylinderförmigen Grundkörper geformt werden und nach einem anschliessenden Kalibrieren auf die vorgegebene Länge des Grundkörpers abgequetscht werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mantelkerns nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus flächigem Material Kreisscheiben gestanzt werden, die in Tiefziehprozessen zu einem hohlzylinderförmigen Körper geformt werden und nach einem anschliessenden Kalibrieren auf die vorgegebene Länge des Mantelkerns abgequetscht werden.
- Verfahren nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flächige Material Bandmaterial ist und von einer Rolle einer Stanzpresse oder Stanz-Ziehpresse zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einen Grundkörper ein Mantelkern eingesetzt wird und dass beide Teile durch einen Formstempel miteinander stirnseitig formschlüssig und übergangsfrei verpresst werden.
