Claims (11)
- Schließhilfe zum Verschließen einer mit einem Türschloß versehenen Fahrzeugtür, Motorhaube, Kofferraumdeckel, Heckklappe o.dgl., mit den Merkmalen:a) die Schließhilfe (1; 20) umfaßt ein Bolzen- oder bügelförmiges Schließelement (10-10"'; 27);b) das Schließelement (10-10"'; 27) ist einerseits mit Hilfe einer einen Antriebsmotor (3) mit nachgeschaltetem Getriebe (4) enthaltenden Antriebseinrichtung (2) von einer Ent- in eine Verriegelungsstellung bewegbar und ist andererseits in der Entriegelungsstellung durch eine dem Türschloß zugeordnete schwenkbare Gabelfalle (13) umgreifbar, so daß das Schließelement (10; 27) bei seiner Bewegung in die Verriegelungsstellung über die Gabelfalle (13) die Fahrzeugtür in deren geschlossene Endstellung zieht;c) das Getriebe (4) der Antriebseinrichtung (2) umfaßt ein Nockenrad (5; 28) mit einem exzentrisch zur Mittelachse (6) angeordneten Steuernocken (7; 29);d) das Schließelement (10-10"'; 27) ist mit einer Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"';21) verbunden, die an einem Trägerteil (12; 22) um eine Drehachse (11, 11'', 11''', 44') schwenkbar befestigt ist, und an deren der Drehachse (11, 11'', 11"', 44') abgewandten Ende (8) der Steuernocken (7; 29) des Nockenrades (5; 28) angreift, um die Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"'; 21) zur Verschiebung des Schließelementes (10-10"'; 27) zu verschwenken;e) die Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"'; 21) ist zur Aufnahme von Kräften beim Zuschlagen der Fahrzeugtür derart ausgebildet, daß diese Kräfte eine Schwenkbewegung der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"'; 21) verursachen, die sich nicht oder nicht wesentlich auf die mit der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"'; 21) verbundene Antriebseinrichtung (2) auswirkt.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9") mindestens zwei Teilhebel (14-14", 15-15") umfaßt, wobei der erste um eine erste Drehachse (11-11") schwenkbare Teilhebel (14-14") mit dem Schließelement (10-10") und der zweite um eine zweite Drehachse (11", 44, 44') schwenkbare Teilhebel (15-15") mit der Antriebseinrichtung (2) der Schließhilfe (1) verbunden ist und wobei die beiden Teilhebel (14-14", 15-15") über einen an dem ersten oder an dem zweiten Teilhebel angeordneten Mitnehmer (41-41") verbindbar sind, derart, daß bei Aktivierung der Antriebseinrichtung (2) der zweite Teilhebel (15-15") den ersten Teilhebel (14-14") mitnimmt und beide Teilhebel um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (11, 11", 44') verschwenkt werden und daß beim Auftreten von Zuschlagskräften auf das Schließelement (10-10") die Zuschlagskräfte gegen den Druck einer Feder (42-42") ein Verschwenken des ersten Teilhebels (14-14") in bezug auf den zweiten Teilhebel (15-15") bewirken.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Teilhebel (14, 15) der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9) in Richtung ihrer axialen Erstreckung hintereinander angeordnet sind, und daß der Mitnehmer (41) derart an dem ersten Teilhebel (14) oder an dem zweiten Teilhebel (15) angeordnet ist, daß bei Aktivierung der Antriebseinrichtung (2) ein Verschwenken der beiden Teilhebel (14, 15) zusammen um die erste Drehachse (11) erfolgt.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Teilhebel (14') um die erste Drehachse (11') verschwenkbar an dem zweiten Teilhebel (15') angeordnet ist, und daß der Mitnehmer (41') derart an dem ersten Teilhebel (14') oder an dem zweiten Teilhebel (15') angeordnet ist, daß bei Aktivierung der Antriebseinrichtung (2) ein Verschwenken der beiden Teilhebel (14', 15') zusammen um die zweite Drehachse (44') erfolgt.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Teilhebel (14", 15") um die gleiche Drehachse (11") verschwenkbar angeordnet sind.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9"') einen einteilig ausgebildeten, um eine Drehachse (11"') schwenkbar gelagerten Hebel (47) umfaßt, und daß ein die Drehachse (11"') bildender Drehbolzen (48) in einem elastischen Lager des Trägerteiles (12) gelagert ist, so daß beim Auftreten von Zuschlagskräften auf das mit der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9"') verbundene Schließelement (10"') das elastische Lager die durch die Zuschlagskräfte bewirkte Verschiebung des Drehbolzens (48) aufnimmt.
- Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Lager durch ein in dem Trägerteil (12) angeordnetes Langloch (49) und eine sich an dem Trägerteil (12) und dem Drehbolzen (48) abstützende Feder (50) gebildet wird, so daß beim Auftreten von Zuschlagskräften diese gegen den Druck der Feder (50) eine Verschiebung des Drehbolzens (48) innerhalb des Langloches (49) bewirken.
- Schließhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schließelement (10-10"'; 27) mit dem schwenkbaren Hebel (47) oder dem ersten Teilhebel (14-14") der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (9-9"'; 21) einteilig verbunden ist.
- Schließhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Antriebseinrichtung (2) der Schließhilfe (1; 20) zugewandte Ende (8) des schwenkbaren Hebels (47) oder des zweiten Teilhebels (15-15") gabelförmig ausgebildet ist und daß die beiden Schenkel des gabelförmigen Endes (8) den Steuernocken (7) der Antriebseinrichtung (2) seitlich umgreifen.
- Schließhilfe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an dem Trägerteil (22) schwenkbar angeordneter federbeaufschlagter Sperrhebel (23) vorgesehen ist, der sich mittels eines Sperrelementes (24) an einer an der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (21) angeordneten Steuerkontur (25) abstützt, derart, daß beim Verschwenken der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (21) in die der Verriegelungsstellung des Schließelementes (27) entsprechenden Stellung das Sperrelement (24) hinter eine Sperrkante (26) der Steuerkontur (25) gedrückt wird, so daß ein Zurückschwenken der Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (21) durch das Sperrelement (24) verhindert wird, und
daß an dem Nockenrad (28) ein zusätzlicher Nocken (30) angeordnet ist, der auf einen Steuerhebel (31) wirkt, welcher über eine mechanische Verbindung (32) mit dem Sperrhebel (23) verbunden ist, derart, daß nach Erreichen der Verriegelungsstellung des Schließelementes (27) bei einem Weiterdrehen des Nockenrades (28) der zusätzliche Nocken (30) den Steuerhebel (31) verschwenkt und dieser über die mechanische Verbindung (32) ebenfalls den Sperrhebel (23) verschwenkt, so daß das Sperrelement (24) von der Sperrkante (26) weg in eine Freigabestellung gezogen und die Schließelement-Hebelanordnung (21) mit dem Schließelement (27) in seine Entriegelungsstellung verschwenkt wird. - Schließhilfe nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der mechanischen Verbindung (32) zwischen dem Steuerhebel (31) und dem Sperrhebel (23) um einen Bowdenzug handelt.
