Claims (6)
- Oberflächen-Behandlungsvorrichtung mit einem außen angeordneten, zum Auswerfen eines Strahlmittels dienenden und Hauptschaufeln (2.1) aufweisenden Hauptschleuderrad (2), einem konzentrisch zu diesem zentral angeordneten, in radialer Richtung flache oder - bezüglich einer Drehrichtung - konvex oder konkav gekrümmte Hilfsschaufeln (1.1) aufweisenden Hilfsschleuderrad (1) und einer dieses umfangsseitig umgebenden feststehenden Leithülse (3), die mindestens eine Durchtrittsöffnung (3.1) aufweist und axial auf einer Seite an eine Zuführleitung (4) zum Zuführen des Strahlmittels angeschlossen ist, wobei die Hilfsschaufeln (1.1) in seitlicher Ansicht an ihrem zur Drehachse gerichteten Rand zumindest abschnittsweise gekrümmt mit zur Zuführseite hin zunehmendem lichtem Abstand von der Drehachse verlaufen und auf ihrer der Drehachse zugewandten und auf ihrer von der Drehachse abgewandten Seite achsparallele Randabschnitte aufweisen und wobei sich der gekrümmte Rand in axialer Richtung und in radialer Richtung um mehr als die Hälfte (I1 bzw. r1) ihrer axialen Randlänge (I) bzw. radialen Randlänge (r) erstreckt und verbleibende übrige gerade Randabschnitte (12 bzw. r2) achsparallel bzw. senkrecht zur Drehachse verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Drehachse zugewandten achsparallelen Randabschnitte (I2) auf dem Umfang eines zentralen Mittelrohres (1.3) angebracht sind, das an die Länge dieser Randabschnitte (I2) angepasst ist,
dass der verbleibende senkrecht zur Drehachse verlaufende Randabschnitt (r2) unmittelbar in den von der Drehachse abgelegenen achsparallelen Rand übergeht,
dass die der Zuführleitung (4) zugekehrten stirnseitigen äußeren Ränder der Hilfsschaufeln (1.1) und der Hauptschaufeln (2) in derselben achsnormalen Ebene liegen und
dass in die lichte Öffnung der Leithülse (3) ein Zwischenstück (4.1) eingesetzt ist, das auf seiner dem Hilfsschleuderrad (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite auf einem zugekehrten achsparallelen und konzentrischen Endabschnitt der Zuführleitung (4) aufgesetzt ist, wobei sich das Zwischenstück (4.1) von der Zuführleitung (4) zu dem Hilfsschleuderrad (1) hin in etwa auf den Durchmesser des Hilfsschleuderrades (1) erweitert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hauptschaufeln (2.1) flach oder - bezüglich einer Drehrichtung - konvex oder konkav gekrümmt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leithülse (3) in unterschiedlichen Drehstellungen festlegbar ist und/oder
dass die Größe der Durchtrittsöffnung veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leithülse (3) auf ihrer von der Zuführleitung (4) abgekehrten Seite einen radial einwärts gerichteten umlaufenden kreisringförmigen Rand aufweist, der eine zentrale Öffnung umgibt, in der eine mit einer Antriebswelle verbundene achsnormale Grundplatte (1.2) angeordnet ist, und
dass die Hilfsschaufeln (1.1) auf der Grundplatte (1.2) angebracht sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leithülse (3) auf ihrer der Zuführleitung (4) zugekehrten Seite die Hilfsschaufeln (1.1) in axialer Richtung überragt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Krümmung der Hilfsschaufeln im Wesentlichen ellipsenabschnittsförmig verläuft.
