Abstract
Description
The invention relates to fire protection glazing with several in one Fixed fire protection panels, one through at least one movable door closable passage opening and a support structure made at a distance from the fire protection panels arranged supports with their ends on space-limiting surfaces are attached, the supports with attached support brackets with the Fire protection panes are connected.
Such fire protection glazing is known from EP 0 658 677 B1. The essentials The static element of this fire protection glazing is a support structure made of metal supports, which are free in the distance to the fire protection panels Space are arranged. The ends of the metal supports are at the respective space-limiting Surfaces and especially on the floor and on the ceiling of the Attached to the room. Metal brackets lead from each metal support to the neighboring ones Fire protection windows. These are at the free ends of the consoles provided with support plates, which with other support plates on the other side are screwed to the respective fire protection window. An advantage with the Fire protection glazing according to EP 0 658 677 B1 is that the metal supports in Fire are exposed to heat from all sides, so that the can expand substantially evenly and without major tension. As a result of this largely tension-free behavior, Keep temperature-related tensions on the fire protection glazing low, so that even with prolonged exposure to heat and fire, there are none shows stronger bulges.
A component of the fire protection glazing according to EP 0 658 677 B1 can also be a be an integrated door, the door leaf of which is also preferably made Fire protection windows exist. It has been found that this door in the Fire forms a weak point of the fire protection glazing.
The invention has for its object to provide a simply constructed fire protection glazing that does not bulge or only bulges in the event of a fire, which is characterized by improved fire protection behavior in the area of the integrated door opening.
To solve this problem it is proposed in a fire protection glazing with the features mentioned above that the door leaf is set back in relation to the level of the fixed fire protection panes in the plane of the supports, and that the hinge of the door leaf is attached to the support adjacent to the door leaf.
The door is not connected statically via its door hinge like this is the case with the prior art, on the fixed fire protection panes the fire protection glazing. Rather, the static connection of the Door hinge over the largely freely arranged support. To this Way the door is no longer in the plane of the rest, fixed designed glazing, but the door leaf is in the level of the supports arranged and thus in a plane that is opposite the plane of the Fire protection windows spring back. The so designed Fire protection glazing is characterized by improved fire protection behavior in the area of the integrated door opening.
A preferred embodiment of the fire protection glazing is marked through a door frame with a vertical frame section along at least the a vertical edge, and a horizontal frame section along the upper horizontal edge of the door leaf, with the horizontal frame section is a traverse that connects two consecutive supports.
The vertical frame section is preferably also the one adjoining the door leaf Support. The traverse, which supports two consecutive supports connects, leads to increased stability of the door construction. Preferably is the traverse at the same height with the two successive ones Supports connected, in which support brackets are attached to the supports.
A preferred embodiment of the fire protection glazing is marked thanks to a surface element made of refractory material, which differs from the crossbeam horizontally to the level of the fixed fire protection panels extends, the surface element with each of its two short The edges are supported against a support bracket.
Another preferred embodiment of the fire protection glazing is marked through a surface element made of refractory material, which differs from the on the door wing adjoining column to the level of the fixedly arranged Fire protection panes extends, the surface element with at least one of its two short edges against a support bracket.
To achieve a transparent door reveal, it is also proposed that that the surface element itself is a fire protection window.
To be arranged in the connection area between the surface element and the surface Fire protection windows keep the construction effort low the surface element with its abutting surface the edge of the surface element perpendicular to the surface element arranged opposite fire screen, the so of the surface element and the fire protection window formed by an L-shaped Angle profile is covered.
According to a further embodiment it is provided that the supports and / or the Support brackets in cross section consist of a wooden core, which on all sides of Fire protection panels is surrounded, preferably the outside of the fire protection panels are provided with wooden cladding. The wood used can be pretreated in a suitable manner, for example by one that increases the flash point Impregnation. Placing a wooden panel on the outside The fire protection panels are made for optical reasons, so that for the viewer the impression of a support structure made solely of wood is created.

herum besteht. The fire protection glazing shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in two exemplary embodiments

adjacent rooms, and each consist of several fixed
der Verglasung beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 25 cm.To fix the fixed parts of the fire protection glazing on the side
these initially along the space-delimiting surfaces, i.e. the
vier einander benachbarten Brandschutzscheiben 1 aneinander treffen. Jede
The
The cross sections of the horizontal one, connecting the glazing with the
Fig. 1 shows as an overview that the two with inserts
undurchsichtige Feuerschutzwand entsteht.All the
ein L-förmiges Winkelprofil 18 aus Metall abgedeckt.3 and 4 are in the form of greatly shortened vertical sections or horizontal sections
Details are shown in the structure of the fire protection glazing.

Analogously, as can be seen in FIG. 4, the connection between the

In
FIG. 4 also shows that the
