Nach dem Prinzip der Drei-Trommel-Wendung arbeitende Wendeeinrichtungen bestehen aus drei Bogenführungszylindern, von denen der mittlere als Speichertrommel mit doppelt-großem Durchmesser ausgebildet ist.

Claims (9)
- Speichertrommel in Wendeeinrichtungen von Bogendruckmaschinen zum wahlweise Bedrucken der Bogen im Schöndruck oder im Schön- und Widerdruck, wobei an derSpeichertrommel Bogenhaltesysteme (8, 9) vorgesehen sind zum Erfassen des Bogens (7) im vorderen und hinteren Bereich, die Bogenhaltesysteme (8, 9) in Umfangsrichtung relativ zueinander verstellbar sind, die Bogenhaltesysteme (8) für den vorderen Bogenbereich am Grundkörper (12) und die Bogenhaltesysteme (9) für den hinteren Bogenbereich einer vom Grundkörper (12) aufgenommenen Zentralachse (13) zugeordnet und die Bogenhaltesysteme (8, 9) zueinander durch eine Kupplung (18, 20) miteinander verbunden sind, die mittels Drucköl eines Druckölverbandes ( 29, 30, 31, 32 ) lösbar ist.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei auf der Zentralachse (13) drehfest eine Nabe (19) angeordnet ist, der im Presssitz (35) ein am Grundkörper (12) befestigter Kupplungsring (20) zugeordnet ist und eine Druckölleitung (17) zum Presssitz (35) führt.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Druckölverband (29, 30, 31, 32) aus der Pumpe (29), dem Wegeventil (30), der Dreheinführung (31) sowie der Druckölleitung (32) besteht.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1 und 2, wobei der Kupplungsring (20) über eine Anschlagplatte (22) und einem fest am Zahnkranz (16) angeordneten Zylinderstift (23) dem Zahnkranz 16 zugeordnet ist.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verstellung der Bogenhaltesysteme (8, 9) relativ zueinander über den Haupträderzug mit dem Doppelzahnrad (14, 16) erfolgt.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1 und 5, wobei bei Verstellung der Bogenhaltesysteme (8,9) relativ zueinander das Saugersystem (9) durch die an der Zentralachse (13) angreifende Bremseinrichtung (26) feststellbar ist.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verstellung der Bogenhaltesyteme (8, 9) relativ zueinander durch einen an der Zentralachse (13) angreifenden Motor ( 37 ) erfolgt.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1 und 7, wobei bei Verstellung der Bogenhaltesysteme ( 8, 9) relativ zueinander das Greifersystem (8) durch die am Schenkel (10) angreifende zweite Bremseinrichtung (36) feststellbar ist.
- Speichertrommel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Bogenhaltesysteme (8, 9) als Greifersystem ( 8 ) und als Saugersystem (9 ) ausgebildet sind.
